I have simplisafe and I love it, but my rental home doesn't have a wired doorbell. So I was looking for something I could secure without too much damage. All the reviews I read prasied the ring cameras, and after about a month, I agree! I feel much more secure being able to check notifications while I'm working late or traveling. My only critique, which is possibly user error, is that it's extremely sensitive and picks up my next door neighbors ALL THE TIME. I welcome any advice on how to fix that lol. Overall, definitely worth the money and I feel safer with it.

Great product. It would be great if the screw to replace the battery was easier to remove and replace. They should come with an indoor chime for the costs.

The install was easy, picture is great and I love that the doorbell had the flat and angled view attachment included.

Bought this since someone was banging on my door while my child was home alone. Turns out that the person was under the influence and taken away by police. The device is larger than I expected installation was easy. We hardwired it for better reception and as to not rely on the battery. Giving family members their own access was tricky but we figured it out. The video is clear and night vision is good. It alerts us on our phone, tablet and watch every time someone approaches the porch. So far so good.

I bought the Ring door camera to add more security after a car break in after also purchasing a Ring floodlight camera. It was very easy to install and set up. My only negative comment would be having to pay a fee for keeping the video active on each device after the 30 day trial. I would think if you had several Ring devices that you should only be charged once to keep the recording active on all of them on the same account. Kinds prevents someone with limited means to add more Ring devices!

This was a replacement for a first generation Ring doorbell. The video quality is much better and also the battery design is much more functional. This is a great option if you need a battery powered video doorbell.

Good product with security guarantee. Easy to use.

Pros: Easy to set up and use. Good clear picture. Fisheye lense captures a wide angle. Several installation options. Easy to scroll back through recorded events. Cons: After the first year you have to pay to use it. Sometimes misses events. Hard to get a good wifi signal outside the house. Should come with a spare battery so you can charge one while using the other. Overall it's a good device to have. You can check in from anywhere and I'd say it's worth the price.

This camera has great quality, easy to install and the battery life is pretty good if you don’t max out all the settings. I really love the ability to talk to people who ring my bell either when I am at home or am away. I work from home so being able to get rid of someone without going to the door is pretty handy.

Overall, pretty good. On multi-level home, can sometimes be an issue with wi-fi connectivity as my router is on upper level. Good quality video. Based on the length of my doorbell wires running from the house, had to use the extenders that came with the Ring doorbell. Getting a proper connection was a bit of an issue at first, but do-able.

We had an issue with someone knocking on our door at all hours of the night (we think we knew who it was but could never prove it). Ever since we got the camera the knocking has stopped. The doorbell is incredible. Really enjoy the quality of the image and how easy the app is to use. The battery life is really good. Purchased a spare battery so I never have any downtime either. It has been extremely helpful during the whole COVID thing. No need to answer the door. Can just chat through the app and ask people to leave deliveries.

I had the original ring doorbell and it stop working so i upgraded to the 3. Love the color video sound is low but will figure that out. Easier to install with out the base plate the original had. Quick and easy installation.

…and the bonus of having a camera. I’m very pleased with my Ring wireless doorbell with camera. When I’m in a different part of the house, I don’t always hear anyone knocking at the door. With the ring, doorbell and camera, I can answer the door and talk to whomever is at the door no matter where I am. Technically is so great
