Love it! But needs to do a better job on picking up movement. Either it picks up everything or misses stuff. I’ve had a few packages stolen and haven’t even noticed it. Or seen the packages get delivered.

Ring is the most trustworthy doorbell i have tested so far. The fact that you can customize it to your preferences and the plan is really affordable. Video quality and wide angle is excellent. Using the Alexa assistant is a huge plus. This productis design for security indeed. I just stopped looking for other doorbells, this is the one.

The 4 seems like it's more than the 3. But I'm not sure. Installation was easy. You no longer get the faceplates or mounts... luckily it wasn't needed. Connected easily to the existing wiring without having to access transformer.

Sometimes the ring doorbell isn’t very smart. I feel I miss a lot of alerts. I look over my settings and know I have everything right. So that can be improved on. Overall if you want something for high security and never miss a beat. Maybe look elsewhere. Like arlo. If you want something that will do the job at an awesome price and the picture and sound quality are pretty great too. Then ring is a good choice.

I fulljoy my Ring Doorbell Cam because i live in an apartment building where my apartment is right next to the mailbox and I’ve had mails and packages stolen from there and the building has surveillance but yet things are still happening but once i got the doorbell cam, i dont have anything missing

Very easy to set up, both hanging it by the door as well as using the app. I would suggest either the solar charger, multiple batteries, or a doorbell transformer that is compatible so you don’t have time periods where you have gaps in coverage because of charging your battery

Awesome device I was using Vivint before this product is soooo much better and easy to afford. I recommend this to every family and friend. Me my sister and uncle we switch to ring and really very happy and satisfied with there products and service

The closest you’ll ever get to the Hubble space camera. One of the greatest home inventions ever made. I am happy to have own one for when I’m away from home I know what’s going on around my house. Kudos to Jamie Siminoff.

Love these 2 ring door bells plus protection they offer! We have peace of mind knowing who is at our door or leaving a package and have even caught who drives out of our driveway and up the bank!!!!! :).

I have 3 ring doorbells and I bought this to replace the first one I bought probably 7 years ago. It would not hold a charge anymore. They are great and last a long time for the price!

Love the Ring Door Bell 4. Wanted to add a second Ring door bell to my first peep hole model and it did not disappoint. I also got the solar panel to go around the Ring 4 door bell to help keep the battery powered longer without having to recharge it. Works great and now I feel more secure. With crime on the increase once again having more security is a must to protect you and your property.

Does a good job and the video is very good. Very easy to install

We had the Ring 2 but could not get a solar charger. Switching batteries every 3-4 days was OK while working from home but once we went back to work it became another easily forgettable task. Getting Ring 4 and the charger has been a good combo. Better camera quality too!

Our front door is recessed at our condo. The video doorbell is needed to assess whose at the door before opening it. It’s our second one, left the other with our last condo. The video quality is fine for what we use it for.
