Great!!!! I did a lot of research on the door security and took a chance the ring was all it was cracked up to be and it is! It is fantastic. Crystal clear video and sound. I can see everyone coming to me house or leaving. If you want to monitor your home this works!

The ring pro is a great little camera for peace of mind. The set up was simple and the app is easy to use. You will need a strong WiFi signal and fast internet for the doorbell to work efficiently. The only quirk I have is with the night vision. The ring around the light hinders the night vision and add a brightness when viewing at night. The notifications are great especially when detecting people at the door. There is a slight delay on the chime when the doorbell is pressed but overall it is great. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I got this to supplement my existing security system and I love it. Make sure you get the optional cloud service ($3 per month) which saves all videos. It took about 30 minutes to install and initialize. Camera is crystal clear and audio recording is a nice feature.

Bought this because I was going to have surgery and would have trouble getting to the door when the bell rang. It is wonderful. Does everything that it advertises. Plus the motion activated notification when someone approaches the door is a great alert. Love it.

I bought two Ring Pro video doorbells, one for the front and one in back. They were easy to install, hooked right up to my home wireless system and worked virtually immediately. The are remarkably clear, as sensitive as I want it to be, and actually fun to use.

I am really pleased with this. It was incredibly easy to install and set up. We have had it for about two weeks and are finding it so helpful. I feel better about receiving packages and love the security of being able to see who is at the door. We plan on adding the security camera from Ring to our garage shortly so we will be able to monitor even more of our property. I highly recommend getting the Ring Doorbell Pro. It has so many great features and as I said, it has a lot of different uses.

We swapped out an dysfunctional ADT door bell camera for this Ring Doorbell Pro and we couldn’t be happier! The installation video and made installing the Ring doorbell incredibly easy and we were up and running flawlessly in about 15 minutes! The app works seamlessly and provides great HD video and real-time intercom function. We snagged a sale and we couldn’t beat the price point. For $3/month, we signed up for the subscription that lets you record and store video. That’s pennies!!! Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

Had to return defective ring bell pro twice as they would not work new out of the box. Apparently there was a recall on them due to them sitting on Best Buy’s shelves too long and the batteries inside won’t charge up. Ring knows about this and says Best Buy refused to send them back, they would rather swap them out on a case by case basis. That’s great for Best Buy but a huge waste of my time. Bell works great though, but Best Buy made me waste a full day and neither ring or Best Buy compensated me in anyway. FYI, I’m an electrician who would have billed out for a lot money if I was dealing with an issue like this with one of my distributors.

I can honestly say that the Ring Doorbell has far exceeded my expectations. The installation was super simple, and the results are phenomenal. The picture quality that is transmitted when the camera is motion activated far exceeds anything I expected. And I love that my phone now rings when the doorbell rings, my phone chimes whenever there is motion in physical the area that I was able to define for motion detection, and that I can remotely talk to vendors through my phone when I'm not home (thus giving the impression that I'm home but can't come to the door). I highly recommend the Ring Doorbell.

A great door bell. I had read the reviews on line and went to the ring web page to review how to install the door bell prior to purchasing. The ring pro has lived up to its expectations. With the install all you need to do is watch the on line video, read the material provided and down load the app. Take it step by step it was not hard at all to install. Ring has proved very handy keeping a eye on things when we are away, and it is nice to See who is at the door when you are home. The only thing I would do different with the Ring system is get it sooner if I had to do it all over again.

The ring doorbell pro gives us peace of mind when guests (wanted or unwanted) come to the door. It allows us to answer if we're home or not and see the activity around the front. Installation of the device itself is moderate while setup in the app is easy.

I have been using the Ring Pro for approx two weeks without any major hiccups. My family and I recent went to Maine on vacation (I am from CA) and it was nice to have the ability to keep an eye (in concert with my security system) on my house from 3200 miles away. I have only experienced a slight delay connecting to my iPhone when someone rings my Ring Pro; I assume with future firmware updates this delay will be gone/minimized. This product will have the ability to receive a 5 star rating from me once that delay has been fixed. Overall: Thumbs Up!

At first I was worried to get this bc I didnt have a doorbell and was going to purchase the separate bell they sell..I definitely didnt need to do that. The ring is loud on all my devices. I just wish I could change the doorbell tone. Extremely annoying. I do love when I get the notifications that there is motion around my perimeters. Awesome picture quality compared to my security cameras around my house. I especially love the neighbor alerts (need to purchase subscription-so worth it)

I had previously installed both the RING plug-in spotlight and floodlight cameras. This is my 3rd RING product. The install of this doorbell went exactly as the directions provided said it would. I am very satisfied with the RING products I am using.

This doorbell is great! The image is crystal clear, even in night vision mode. On the app, you can see the happenings in your area. For instance, people report thefts and other accidents caught on Ring. We have the Family Hub fridge and the Ring app comes in handy, especially while I'm cooking dinner. The two way communication is also very clear. Overall, the device was very easy to install. It also looks very easy to add addition items such as an alarm or security cameras.

The Pro comes complete with everything you need. The picture quality is very clear. The installation is made simple with a screw driver (you’ll need a drill & bit), a flat and 45 degree accessory so no need to buy that separate, 3 additional color caps to match your decor and easy install instructions. The Pro allows you to manage the specific area(s) of coverage as well. The con: Connectivity can be slow to show you a live view. It has timed out several times. Checked the isp speed & that is not the issue.

This is perfect for our needs! The app is inexpensive and we feel more secure. My wife is disabled, so she appreciates the ability to answer the doorbell from inside our home. I appreciate knowing when packages are delivered, even if I am not home.

I took the leap and it turned out to be better than advertised. I was able to install it, pretty good for me. Easy to figure out and fun to operate. Now we know what our animals are doing around the front porch all day and night. Great product.

I installed this door bell and another one for the same matter + 2 stick-up cams... I had to call support twice; each time there was a waiting period which is fine up to an extent. While on hold you get to hear a male voice speaking about him, about his wife, about how big of an inventor he is... OK! Once this loop tape starts over you wish you were on hold with any other company playing their odd songs... The tech support lady was hilarious... She said something like "If you have a 24 V transformer this is great because 8V will go to the standard model and 16V will go to the PRO model"... This is how much knowledge these people have... The three stars are basically for bad support, the annoying speech while on hold and for the fact that the system does not allow customization in the way you interact with the alleged intruder. Example: You drive and there is traffic noise; person at your door... You communicate, but at that point it's obvious you're not home... You might say: Great but at least he/she is on camera... Right, but only to walk away and get back, knowing the house is empty and wearing a mask, hood and so on... For this instance, it would be nice to have the option of pre-recorded messages, giving the alleged intruder the true feeling that someone is home. Same if you don't want to be disturbed; you should have the option to send a message like: "Please leave" or "Cops are on their way or whatever you want"... The list of improvements can go on and on, but I'm not the inventor, nor am I going to get paid for my ideas... My conclusion is that it's a work in progress and it's far from perfect.

Love this product. Easy to install and use, flexible. Intruders & thieves can readily see I have a camera alert system. Rings cell phones and PC when motion detected. Connects to wired door bell. Delivery guys don't even ring doorbell because they know the motion detection will send me a motion alert on my phone. Easy to look at history of motion alerts for the day. Sensitive - Will pick up lizards and large bugs close to camera. Not a bad problem.
