I just love our new ring doorbell. I never knew how many packages were mishandled, thrown and left in the wrong spot. I love this item. We had work done on our home and were able to see when the contractors came and went. We are able to talk with people that come to our door without getting up to answer the door. Easy to set up and assemble. I just love it.

The Ring Pro is Awesome! It took less than an hour to install and I have had absolutely no problems with it. I used my existing doorbell wiring and installed the Ring on top of where it was (make sure you turn off the circuit breaker to your doorbell first). The install required drilling two holes in the cement between bricks. The hardest part was getting the Pro Power Kit to fit in my existing mechanical door chime.

We bought this for a few reasons, and it has been perfect for us. The installation was easy, the picture is very clear and we've just had fun talking through it.

This is our second ring doorbell pro as the first one we had went with the house we just sold. Video and sound quality is great. The ability to adjust the fields of motion is great. I do wish they were a little smarter since it still seems to pick up cars driving by. Especially at night when their headlights are on.

I gotta say I wasn't on board on buying this due to the price. Got it anyways since my husband wanted it. I'm actually happy we got it. It's pretty cool keeping an eye on your home when you are away. You can see your packages arrive and helpful if you have teenagers too! By the way, you actually see what happens when you aren't home. Just caught my neighbor who is an old woman rummaging through my trash. Seriously!!

The Ring - Video Doorbell Pro has great video and good notification response time. The audio, particularly the speaker is somewhat muffled at times. The installation was easy once I fished the existing doorbell wires out of the block wall. The first unit had to be returned as it did not enter the setup mode, but the tech support was fantastic and knowledgeable.

Setup couldn't be easier, if you have a hardwired doorbell. The instructions were clear and easy for a weekend DIY-er with hand tools. Connection and setup was easy with the app. Has been rock solid since initial setup. Time to view is a little slow, some lag from the time the door bell is rung to the time video feed is viewable, but not a deal breaker. Motion detection works well.

Excellent for security I am a retired police officer. I am very conscious of the need for security in my camera at the front door and the flood light camera back door at work instantly if there’s any motion. It does recognize cats and dogs walking through but that’s OK. If someone comes to the door I’ll be able to greet them properly.

A little pricey for the pro version. But it works as advertised, easy to install. Happy with purchase. FYI - Installed several weeks ago.

So easy to install and use! Thank you ring for providing such detailed instructions, hardware and tools to make the install easier. No running around trying to find the right screw driver. Appreciated the fact too that multiple covers were provided so that we could match our exterior.

Works great on wifi on iphone 7. Very little loading time. Simple install in less then 15 mins. They cover every part of the install online watch that first.

Purchased the Ring for enhanced security and was not disappointed. It enables 24/7 monitoring anywhere. Now we can appear to be at home even when we're not.

I can hear the doorbell from anywhere in the house with the ring app. The doorbell really makes you feel safe and allows you to see who is approaching your house. The camera is amazing and can zoom in to an object across the street! The nightvision on this camera works really well too. I haven't had any issues with this product and I will continue to purchase ring doorbell products.

Works great with motion detection and camera. Note: A good wifi connection is required. I used a Chime Pro to ensure good connection. It works just great. Would be 5 stars if you didn't have to pay 30 bucks a year for recordings, but I think it might be cost effective. I have ordered two floodlight cams. I hope they work good like the Ring doorbell pro. '

This is the best gift. I don't have to go to the door if I don't want to answer for those door to door seller. I can see everyone crystal clear with voice

We thought about installing an actual peephole in our door but saw a Ring review on Youtube. It works exactly as expected and not only shows us who is at our door but allows us to speak to them. Sometimes it is a little slow and doesn't catch whomever rang the doorbell. But 9 times out of 10, we are able to see why someone approached our house. Such an amazing alternative to expensive home security.

This camera was so easy to install and set up which was good because I am not a pro when it comes to tech. The 1080 video is crisp and clear. A minor problem with the zones of the camera I had in place was solved by a simple call to helpful customer service. I recommend and would buy this product again..

Picture quality is perfect. All features work, live view, motion alerts and ring alerts. We use this thing everyday since we live in a three floor condo.

We love this doorbell. My wife and I both have the app on our phones. It makes it easy to screen people at the door wether we are hone or not. 10 of 10.
