I’m thrilled with my purchase of the Ring Wi-Fi Video Doorbell in black from Best Buy! The sleek design blends seamlessly with my home exterior. Setting it up was a breeze, and the video quality is outstanding, delivering crystal-clear images day and night. Quality is great and the option to move the camera left and right adds more depth to what I’m seeing. I ended up trading this one in for a wireless option but they’re both amazing.

Doorbell itself is great but only after 4weeks of Customer support to get it going. Doorbell itself kept loosing connection or powerr and stuck in boot mode or w.e (blue light). First 5 calls to Ring, they assume it was my connection or the doorbell is defective. Waited a week for a new one thru them. Same issue. Spent about 80$ to run new wires and new home chime and transformer, I some how managed to fried both unit. So after new tranformer with proper voltage. Worked but still would lose connection. At this point its a lost, by the final call I came across a tech/engineer whom assured me its my router which I firmly disagree since its a flagship router for 2022. But! Turns out it was my router! So here I am after months of using it, problem free. Also to mention, Ring CS is on point. Camera quality and snappiness is incredible for the price.

Just what I needed. I feel safe and secure with this product. It’s great quality and gets the job done.

This Ring doorbell works very well. I hard wired it into the existing wiring and it has worked perfectly, so far. It synced easily with our Echo device, which serves as the chime when someone rings the doorbell. I recommend it for those who just want a basic doorbell camera without all the bells and whistles.

It works great but sometimes it does not ring our doorbell inside our house. However, our Alexas in our house let us know that someone is at the front door so that works for us.

Cheaper version of the ring but gets the job done. May have to purchase the chime or in my case I use my Echo dot to tell me when someone is at the door.

Easy install, easy to setup on app. Last one did go out after 3 years in the sun. Picture quality is good.

This replaced our older larger Ring device that was no longer holding a charge. The new unit is much smaller, better resolution, and is directly connected to our original doorbell wiring with no battery. Installation was a bit challenging because apparently our 30 year old original door chimes and transformer finally gave out. I called Ring support and they were fantastic. They walked me through replacing the transformer and bypassing the or old chimes. Then they helped me reconnect my existing Ring remote chime to the new device. Only one disappointment was the Ring video subscription. I was going to try and reuse the old Ring device elsewhere, but they were asking for a completely new annual subscription fee. I wish Ring would have an option to direct copies of videos to your own local drive and cut out the cloud and fees.

The installation instructions were very clear and made the process simple. Very happy with this product!

Bought this last year during Christmas sale. Very easy installation instructions. Love the video quality and looks nice. Ring App walks you through installation steps and was very easy to setup! Worked flawlessly for the past 1 year.
