The Ring works well and was fairly easy to install. The only co.plcatipns dealt with my breaker box not being labeled well. The set up for my acess was simple due to the scan code. I do have 2 issues. This lower level model does not have the ability to run our home doorbell so we purchased a Ring Chime a couple of weeks later. That works great. The other is sharing the connection with my wife. Evdry time I try to shsre the link, it does not connect to her phone. We follow the instructions, but it just keeps saying that she can't connect now and we should try later. These 2 issues keep the rating at 4 stars instead of 5.

I love it!! This was the best purchase. Now I don’t have to worry about people at my front door when I’m not at home.

Overall, the doorbell works great and was easy to install. I did not like that I had to unhook the regular doorbell and it only rings on our phones.

I had the older model that came with the house I bought and even 5 years after having it, I finally decided to replace it. This has been a treat. Very clear and responsive. Set motion detection boundaries to limit notifications. It’s great so far!!

The Ring doorbell was easy to set up. I downloaded the app on my phone. It was so easy to scan the QR code and get it working within minutes. I had an electrician install it as I wanted it hardwired in. It did not take long to do. There is also an option of installing it yourself without the hardwire process. My daughter-in-law installed her within minutes. Great to have those choices. I love the security and options in the set up as far as alerts. It is great to be able to see who is at my door and talk to them if I am not home.

I had previously used bulkier Ring doorbell cameras, so when I moved I decided to try out the newer, smaller Video Doorbell. Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase. The Ring app is one of the more intuitive and easy-to-use Apps on the market, which is good for end users who want to just be able to navigate to their camera or video history quickly. They also pair easily with the Alexa App.

I purchased as a gift for my sister and she loves it because she can she who is at her door. The doorbell has clear a picture. It is hardwired and she doesn't have the task of keeping the battery charged as I do with my doorbell ☺️

The “Ring” doorbell camera is so high quality it blows my mind. I’ve tried two other knock off brand cameras but neither of those can measure to the Ring on any level. This was my dream doorbell cam and I finally got one!! Very easy to install too

This ring doorbell is a Great Doorbell if you’re just looking for an affordable upgrade to your home. The video quality is great and it has a very sleek, nice look, and the installation is super quick and easy through the Ring app.

Gave this as a gift to my realtor whose son was purchasing his first home. We use ring devices and love how simple they are to install and get up and running. Love their devices and their service.

Doorbell itself is great but only after 4weeks of Customer support to get it going. Doorbell itself kept loosing connection or powerr and stuck in boot mode or w.e (blue light). First 5 calls to Ring, they assume it was my connection or the doorbell is defective. Waited a week for a new one thru them. Same issue. Spent about 80$ to run new wires and new home chime and transformer, I some how managed to fried both unit. So after new tranformer with proper voltage. Worked but still would lose connection. At this point its a lost, by the final call I came across a tech/engineer whom assured me its my router which I firmly disagree since its a flagship router for 2022. But! Turns out it was my router! So here I am after months of using it, problem free. Also to mention, Ring CS is on point. Camera quality and snappiness is incredible for the price.
