Once people see the RING, they keep in moving and there’s no more congregating in the hallway near my door. This was pretty easy to set up. I hooked the jumper into the existing doorbell chime thingy and then hooked the wires from the existing doorbell to the RING. The only thing that sucked was that the doorbell was too far from the router and so the video was a little choppy because of the poor internet connection. I bought an EERO BEACON (wifi extender) for my existing Eero device, hooked it up in the hallway between the doorbell and the router and, like magic, this thing works like a charm. I’m very happy, especially with the Neighborhood feature. I’ll update with cons, if I run into any.

Easy to install and easy access on your phone through the app. This is a wired doorbell so you don’t have to worry about life battery. Video and audio quality is great. I recommend this product to family and friends.

This doorbell does everything i need. Very easy to setup. I bought the ring plug in adapter and it works perfectly. Very user-friendly. The price is very affordable. I use it with my amazon fire stick. No issues and highly recommend. Very fast shipping.

It sounds like your device is not performing as you expected. The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires existing doorbell wiring for its power supply, but it does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, pair it with a Ring Chime or compatible Alexa device (each sold separately).

I have 3 Airbnb's with this doorbell and it is crystal clear! I paid $69! That's an insanely good price for this doorbell. I did not have power at 2 locations so I added the AC adapter and punched a hole through the wall and ran it through to the AC plug below.

My wife has wanted one for quite some time and I found I had reward certificates available from prior Best Buy purchases! I received this for next to nothing cost wise. A great investment not only for our security, but the camera is crystal clear. I will always have a Ring doorbell going forward. Not to mention the plethora of other products they have to incorporate with it. I'll definitely be back to Best Buy soon to gather more products to keepy family safe, and have the piece of mind knowing bad actors will be filmed and most likely apprehended.
