Easy to install, works great! Added an extra layer of security to the exterior of our house with this doorbell camera that also has a microphone to communicate with visitors when not physically home. Super easy to use on the app. Love that you can get different coloured faceplates to match your home.

This was easy to install, came with everything needed to mount and has awesome motion detection. It’s a great device but I dislike that you have to pay a subscription to make it work. I could understand a subscription for maintaining your data but since it doesn’t connect well real time, They should allow you an hour or so of motion recording or downloading

Since ring started the pro series the products is even better. So easy to install and connect to the ring app. Thanks for making it plug-in or wired. Night vision is great. Clarity day or night is fantastic.

Ring is the best of the best. We replaced our existing [other name] doorbell that was part of our alarm company system with this unit. Great video quality day or night, audio is good (both directions), app works well, and the control of the feature customization is ideal. Installation was a snap! Well worth the price (and the price is very good).

We needed this for a country property that we don't live at, but basically visit. We have one installed here at home and love it! This one works wonders out there and now we can see if anyone would ever start trying to break in or doing things on the property as the range from the front door is nice and wide. We originally had purchased the battery/wired version but found out that wasn't going to work in the house situation because we can't even get up the 900 ft. driveway once winter snows set in. If the battery goes dead on that style it will no longer function, even though we had it hard wired. Exchanged it for this wired Pro version and as mentioned, it works beautiful. You definitely need to purchase the Ring Protect Plan which shows you videos after the fact for review. It's reasonably priced and well worth it. All in all we are VERY pleased with the purchase and peace of mind this Ring doorbell offers. Definitely recommended!

This ring doorbell is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to install and set up. It has great video quality, even in the dark.

The slender profile of the Pro3 wired doorbell fit my doorframe perfectly. The video is crystal clear and the sensors are incredible- it starts recording before the object appears in the frame. Installation was easy. Very happy with my purchase.

Very good video capturing that my only regret is that I didn’t get this sooner. Easy installation and I had it up and running in a few minutes. I love how I can see who’s at the door and tell when someone is even out on the sidewalk in front of my house.

Very easy to install. I was a little nervous trying to install it myself ( I’m 70 yo) but the instructions walked you through each step. The pictures and videos are very clear, even at night! I highly recommend

The camera has great picture quality and is easy to use to talk to people at your door, etc. However, it is not clearly advertised on the package that you have to subscribe to a “Ring Protect” subscription if you want to save your motion detections or doorbell rings. Without the subscription, you only get live feed from your camera, and can’t save any footage. It’s still a good deterrent for porch pirates though, as i haven’t had any packages stolen since purchasing it.
