We upgraded our Ring Doorbell to the Pro, and what a difference! The picture quality and sound is so much better! Would highly recommend!

The Ring video doorbell provides clear visuals and easy to understand voices. The app is easy to use. We had someone from the Geek Squad install for us. He was courteous and professional.

This RING Doorbell provides excellent surveillance of it’s surroundings and communications with anyone who is nearby.

We live in a 120 year old house and I was concerned about the installation being a difficult project based upon the history of our experiences. I was very pleasantly surprised on how easy and painless the installation process was. I followed the written instructions and the Ring doorbell worked without any issues or any calls to the support line for assistance.

Overall, the Ring Doorbell 2 Pro works very well and was a worthy upgrade for my existing Ring Doorbell 2. The image when zooming in on far away things will only be as detailed as any reasonable person would expect when zooming into any other image. Downloading the video might be advisable for catching details at the beginning of the videos. The beginning of a motion alert video can be glitchy while the stream starts. I presume this isn't a limitation of the device, as much as it is the video buffering and streaming in the app. This isn't specific to this model either.

After many years of going without ring doorbell I finaly bit the bullet due to the increased theft going around the community. I had to upgrade the doorbell transformer since the original was not strong enough. Installation was straightforward and i was upand running within hour. Good product.

The entire family enjoys this doorbell. My girls leave me daily messages morning and evening as they leave and return from school. I love downloading the footage to keep and reference later. We have had a lot of fun with the ring. I highly recommend this and will be purchasing additional ring doorbells for my businesses. The clarity of the pictures are wonderful even at night.

I love my doorbell! Great video quality and even came with a corner kit, which comes in handy because of where my doorbell faces.

This camera is phenomenal, the quality of the pixelation, the sound, the resolution. Everything about this doorbell camera is awesome!

Absolutely amazing. Comes with a frame to alter the direction the camera is facing. Very convenient and reliable! Suggest in purchasing the sound box for extra clear sound clarity.

I replaced a vivint doorbell camera with this one. The picture quality is so much better than the vivint brand, and especially enjoy the fact that it can be synced to Amazon Alexa and your Amazon alexa devices will notify you if you receive a package. That was a huge plus for me. So far I am very happy with my purchase and I have not had any issues yet and zero complaints.

One issuess is that if you have an existing mechanical doorbell, its sending continuous voltage causing a buzzing. This is a known issue. Its resolved by adding a transistors ( see photo) no official fix statement by the company but easy work around on all forms and Google.

This camera is good, easy to install if you have knowledge of using basic tools. The only downside for me is when the sun hits there is a big glare on the street side and I can only see my porch not the street.

I’m enjoying my ring camera pro. It’s easy to you use and I’m getting use to it more and more. It has awesome features that make it easy to make changes.
