Also my voyage keep reading poor at 14-15v, even though I upgraded and changed my transformer!!! So that still have me puzzled also

To ensure the transformer is getting enough voltage, please follow these steps: Reboot the device by holding down the right button for a full 30 seconds. Next, check the settings in the Ring app to ensure that you have the Mechanical Chime Kit selected (Device Settings > General Settings).

You also have to pay $3.99 a month if you want to store and save videos after 1 month trial ends.

Have had several power issues and reboots that nobody at ring can seem to solve. Picture quality is nicer, audio is way better, but overall just not reliable at all compare to years of problem free use of the Ring Pro. Seems now that they are using a pro power kit v3 they seem to be maybe requiring more power than before. I even have the official Ring transformer but it will not work. You also get way less stuff in the box compared to the original Ring Pro. Less tools, less face plates. It doesn't seem like your buying a premium product as it did before. I would be happy with it if it worked.
