I tried this ring out for one whole month and then ended up returning it. Well, I do like some aspects of it such as how much sleep I was getting I didn’t like most of the other information it provided because I don’t think it was accurate. For instance, I developed the flu and it never picked up any signs or fluctuations in my health. It ended up just being a gold ring that I was wearing and checking every morning to see how many hours of sleep I got.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
