    I was bummed last year when Rise launched exclusively on Xbox One, but I understand the business behind it. The 2013 reboot was one of my favorite games that year and I've been anxiously awaiting Rise ever since, which made for a long 2016 knowing that the game was already done. Once I got my hands on it, RoTR I felt at home immediately. Anyone who liked the last game will feel the same with Rise. I don't think the last game was required playing for enjoying this game however. The Tomb Raider stories aren't that complicated, and you won't feel like you're missing a ton of Lara's backstory if you jump right into this game. This is a top shelf AAA game from Crystal Dynamics. It may not have the narrative quality of Uncharted, but I think it's gameplay elements are far superior. There are few things in games I find more satisfying to use than Lara's bow.

    Played the first Tomb Raider on PS4 and loved it. This one takes what the first one did well and improved upon it; from the graphics, to the story and play mechanics. I definitely recommend this, especially if you are a fan of the Uncharted series.

    If you are a fan of the Tomb Raider reboot, then you will love this sequel. It has the same great gameplay, a compelling story, tons of side content, and engaging puzzles. The added bonus of all of the DLC makes this package even better.

    Anyone interested in adventure games should have this one at the top of their list. Great story, interesting locales and a plethora of items and relics to collect make this a great package, especially if you missed the Xbox One version.
