If you've played the first one, you will want to get this one. And if you haven't played the first one, you'll want to get both. The reboot of Tomb Raider was really good last year and this just expanded on it. There are tombs, but also challenge tombs that are optional but give you a secret upper hand in the game when fighting or looking for resources. The resources you gather have also been expanded on, you can collect mushrooms for poison arrows and herbs to heal yourself. The replayability is pretty good to think about because I definitely want to try this again with limited health. I give this 5 stars for Crystal Dynamics making a better game than the amazing one they've already made.

the developers out did themselves with this game. Its beautiful and so much fun. the story is engaging (if not predictable at times) and the gameplay is enjoyable. would definitely recommend it

Play it on xbox one or wait a year for the other systems. A good exclusive at the time. Awesome graphics, good story, good gameplay. There is no reason to not get it unless you're not a fan.

If your a fan of the last Tomb Raider reboot, you will love this game. Any Xbox gamer should make sure to support and add this game to your collection. Graphics, story, gameplay, it has it all.

This game was great and happens to be one of the best game I have played this year. I had high hope for this game because of the prequel and it delivered. I highly suggest this game to anyone.

this is truly a next gen game it you want something that shows off what your xbox can do this is it awesome game play and story to boot love the dark gritty feel of the recent tomb raiders.

This game is just great for exploring and looking for secrets in the environment. A lot of fun is had just by doing that and then there is the story to get involved in. Very good game.

One of my all time favorite games. Gameplay and story is great and real fun. Convinced my friend to get it and he told me he’s having a blast playing it. Would recommend.

Great graphics great story and tons of action and suspense

This game really pushes the Xbox one to its limits! Story great all the way up till the end. Very actiony and all of it looks great! Cant wait for the next one in this reboot series!

This is my first Tomb Raider game, being late to the franchise. I've been missing out, as the game is so much fun. The graphics are amazing, the colors, pixels, and textures beautiful. The voice acting is outstanding, as well (love that Lara is British.) The gameplay is fun and I enjoy the freedom of exploration. The only issue is the gameplay areas are a bit repetitive, as you have a ton to do in just a few different levels. I would have preferred more locations with varying detail, but overall I loved the game and recommend for those who enjoy adventure and exploration games. Can't wait for a follow-up!

This installment is great fun. The game play is like assassins creed as far as weapons upgrades an a lot of controls. The story is very good and one of favorite tomb raiders ever.

This is a fantastic game at a bargain price. Just because it is an older game for the new systems, don't let that deter you. Great plot fun action and fluid controls.

What can I say? Amazing graphics, great history and a lovely upgrade from the previous game. A lot more puzzles and gripping action scenes. Sometimes a bit too much action. Lara can't even walk on street without some random explosion happening, but overall, go out and buy this. Sucks it wont be available on the ps4 until a while later.

Having been a fan of the franchise since first game on original PS, this is a big upgrade! Have not finished it as time managment for gaming is an issue now but what I have completed is working out just fine. No issues with controls or game play. Would recommend to anyone interested in Tomb Raider series.

I thought this game was incredible! The graphics and visuals were amazing and the story was even better than the first! I didn't think that was possible but they did done good!

I'll admit it, I'm an old guy for playing video games and I don't get into it very often so I won't have the indepth analysis or breakdown hardcore gamers will. I love this game. I'd heard good things about it, the reviews were good so I went for it and I am not disappointed. It starts off with some basic training that is handled while building a storyline and doesn't feel like boring training. The action keeps moving along at a nice pace and the puzzles to move from step to step are actually fun. They give you some cheat methods, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to and I like the option. The graphics are good, the game speed is good, and you can move around pretty freely even though it is a linear story. My only real complaint so far is that you go on hunting missions to gain experience/advance weaponry and skills. I don't care to run around shooting animals with a bow and arrow to learn how to use the thing. I want the forward advancing story and the tasks. And yes, I know you can dictate how much farming you do at a time, but running around until I think I"m good just doesn't do it for me.

This is the best tomb riders i've played.has great replay value and is fun with good puzzles and adventures. In my humble opinion this is a must have for any Xox one owner.

I loved the definitive edition and decided to pick this one up as well and I was disappointed. The story was great and the extra missions add more playing time to a great game.

I love the graphics on this game and the story plot. It kept me up late trying to go into the next levels. I got to confess it has its challenges since I'm not a great player.
