I installed the panel on the roof above the doorbell and have some slack still with the included cable. The battery went from 34% to 99% on day one with good sunshine near Spokane Washington. Since then it hovers between 100% and 80% depending on use. Granted we're approaching winter and I expect somewhat degraded performance based on available sunlight. Now it's late October early in the day (battery hasn't recovered from the night) and the battery is 88%. I haven't needed to charge the battery since installing the solar panel about a month ago. Works great so far! Its worth noting: out older ring doorbell has raw terminals on the back so I just split the cables on the included usbc adapter and connected them directly to the doorbell which works fine once the cables are connected on the right terminals (50% chance first guess). This can be avoided by buying the correct panel for your product..

This thing works great! I never have to worry about my spotlight cam battery. Very good quality solar panel. Ring has top notch products.

I think this is a must have for the battery camera to be wireless. Really enjoy having this very reliable. Set up easy with a couple of screws into the masonry of the house and plug-in is a cinch. Doing a great job so far charging the camera.

I love it. They only had one in stock and I wanted two, fast shipping. Within a few days it was here! I set them both up and I haven’t had to worry about charging my cameras since. They work great, easily movable and they keep my cameras charged.

We added the solar panel because we're not always onsite to replace the battery when needed. This makes life a lot easier to maintain the battery for our outdoor camera that monitors the community dumpster for violators
