Excellent vacuum! I have two German “Shedders” and two cats. I can tell the difference without the vacuum. I like the additional features like you can set it to lift of raised carpets and entryways that have dividers. It’s also very quiet. Unfortunately my other vacuum couldn’t keep up. This one is keeping up and more. You can use the vacuum only, vacuum and mop, or just mop. There are different vacuum suction options. Mine stays on turbo. I haven’t used the mopping feature yet. One thing I wish was an option is to only have the vacuum feature without mopping.

It collects the smallest crumbs and is also very quiet. I lovet

Well I searched thru reviews for all robot vaccums, this one had decent reviess for pet hair. So far it has stood up to the test. We have 2 huskys a staffy and cats, rocorock is doing a great job at keeping my floors clean. I also like the fact that it has a mop wh ig helps as well. It is kind of noisy though, but if it keeps mu floors clean im good with that.

I bought this because I have a black lab that sheds. It’s constantly getting jammed by the dog hair, even though we sweep before it vacuums!! I’ve watched it closely and it seems to just move the dog here around and deposit it from the floor onto the edge of the carpets when it goes up onto the carpet. The mopping thing is very cursory like it only has narrow trails where it’s mopped throughout the house. The only thing it’s really good for is picking up crumbs and going underneath couches in beds that my vacuum cannot.

I recently purchased this vac for my townhouse which has LVP on both floors. I am fairly happy with performance compared to the price I paid for it. The vacuum and mop function is good enough for LVP plus carpet area. Few things to note: The obstacle avoidance is mediocre. If you have lots of cable, get ready to untangle them from it. I would only recommend this vacuum if your house is clutter free, and has less small spaces where it might get stuck. In that case I would recommend to go towards a pricer/smarter options.

Quieter than my older model, but if you put on turbo mode, it's about the same. That said, it has light mode, moderate and turbo, which I really like. I have an animal that sheds so I run it on moderate daily and it does a great job.

Researched robo vac and mops until what felt like the end of time. Coming from an iRobot that was only able to vac and had a terrible app experience, couldn't be happier with the Roborock. Quick to map out your house, easy to designate different areas. Most important is the ability to set stay out zones rather than having to deal with the iRobot towers which always were lost or out of battery. Quiet mode is quiet enough to work in the house with it running or at night, turbo modes for sure pull more dirt from carpet.

Ok here’s what I’m dealing with. Three dogs. A poodle, a Morkie, and a golden retriever. Hair EVERYWHERE. I had a shark that was great for when it was just the poodle and the Morkie but as soon as the newest addition came along and started shedding the vacuum started freaking out and couldn’t handle it. The area is fairly large so I was spending an HOUR vacuuming and and another hour mopping. I was at my wits end after a year juggling the cleaning, work, and life. Sometimes I would go a week without vacuuming and it was hair bunnies EVERYWHERE. It was inescapable. I felt like a week was enough to create a new dog with all the hair. After a vet visit to tell me it’s 100% normal I knew I had to do something. After a TON of searching I came across ROBOROCK. It handles the hair so well. I am able to have it go daily (twice a day because of all the hair) and it handles it like a champ. I tested it out with a big hair bunny on day one and it ate it up with no problem. Cannot see my life without the two I purchased for upstairs and down. Best investment for my peace so far.

Pretty good at cleaning but I have ran into issues with charging but apart from that pretty good

I got during holidays as this was on a sale. My house flooring is carpet so vacuuming was more important to me than mopping. Initial setup some time to get connected to wifi, but still that was the easy part. This robovac was never able to map my carpet floor correctly. Tried multiple times, delete, remap, clean, take the vacuum and leave in one corner which was not scanned to be later get lost. This was painful to configure and hence I returned it. Won’t recommend to others even when it is from Roborock. 2 stars only for the reason, that the small weird area it mapped & vacuumed, it vacuumed it good.

Definitely an upgrade over older iRobots. Works fast. Stays quiet. Great for pet hair.

Works as advertised. I was worried most about it falling off the stairs. But the cliff detection works perfectly. It does get stuck at times on the stand for our Christmas tree and I have to rescue it. But pretty much hands free otherwise

Great vacuum for the price. It meets our needs and isn't too loud or cumbersome.

My wife love the Roborock. Mops and vacuum! It is simple to set up and use.

The product Roborock 10 mopping is not versatile. It goes back and forth in the same area. Unable to navigate in the living room and kitchen.

I love it mush more than my irobot. Si much quieter and longer cycle

Works really well with picking up pet hair but I’m not a fan of the mop. It didn’t mop as well as I expected
