This robotic vacuum performs adequately for everyday use but has some notable drawbacks. It tends to get tangled with hair easily, which reduces its cleaning efficiency. Additionally, its mopping function struggles with stubborn stains, often requiring a specialized cleaning solution to get the job done. Overall, if you have long hair at home or need to tackle tough stains, this robot vacuum might not be the best choice.

Before I bought this I already read many reviews online claiming that it might scratch your floor so still wanting to give it a shot is still mistake on my part. I really wanted to like it as the technology is much more advanced than American made brands but unfortunately it has been scratching my hardwood floor like crazy - im talking about deep cuts into the wooden floor to a point where you can see the wood underneath. I tried all sorts of methods and gave it enough time (2 weeks more than the return window which had made the return process very painful), but none worked to make it stop scratching. Every time it ran it would leave new scratches all over the house. So here’s my honest opinion - don’t take the risk and think the one that you get may be an exception, its literally 50/50 chance that you might run into the same issue.

Ever since we purchased this unit, we use it every day. It replaced a dumb robot vac that couldn't mop and just randomly bounced around, always got stuck or died because it couldn't find home base. This model was one of the least expensive ones that had the LiDAR sensor and mapping capabilities. The app is great and makes customizing jobs a breeze. With two young kids in the house, if dinner is extra messy, we can send it in for a quick mop session with just a few clicks. When doing a job, whether just a vacuum, mop or both simultaneously, the unit methodically goes back and forth and once it covers the whole room, it'll turn and run perpendicular and redo the room again crisscrossing over its previous path so you know every nook and cranny gets covered. One bonus little feature. We have hardwood floors with area rugs. When it crosses over a rug, obviously it won't mop the rug, but it will also actually increase the suction power of the vacuum to ensure a more proper clean. Very cool unit for a relatively affordable price! The extra $100 to $200 is worth it if you are thinking about buying a "dumb" robot vacuum.

The Roborock Qrevo Pro is a game-changer! The suction power is outstanding, and it leaves my floors spotless even along edges and corners thanks to the FlexiArm design. The mop feature with dynamic hot water washing keeps pads clean and odor-free. Setup was easy through the app, and I love being able to schedule and track cleaning from my phone. It’s quiet, efficient, and easily navigates around furniture. Overall, it’s an excellent value for anyone who wants a low-maintenance, high-performance cleaning solution.

The vacuum has been working great for me so far. The app is polished and the auto mop pad cleaning and drying is great. I was impressed that it remembered carpeted areas and has an option to vacuum carpets before wetting the mop pads for a vacuum and mop run. You can even customize mopping direction based on wood grain direction. It has been picking everything up I’d expect it to on carpet and hard floors and has never gotten lost. I really dislike mopping and this has been making it easy to keep the hard floors clean. In terms of cons: The initial app to vacuum connection setup was a little clunky and the obstacle avoidance isn’t great with cords, but the app makes it really easy to setup no go zones so that hasn’t been an issue for me. You can even setup no go zones in the middle of a clean job (it will pause and continue when you’re done adding the zone), which is a major improvement to the Shark robot vacuum this one replaced. The mop pads don’t raise that high so it looks the some carpet is getting hit, but I haven’t noticed any carpet actually getting wet so probably fine. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase at a former sale price of $799 based on performance so far.

Went from Coredy r750 to the Roborok Qrevo. I was intrigued by it's self clean and mop features because the Coredy dustbin had to be manually emptied everyday and the mop feature was just a wipe that slid under the robot. Not having to clean the dustpan now everyday is a pro. I didn't have to replace the bag for 3 months. I have a dog that sheds a lot and so this was a life saver. I have it scheduled to clean morning and afternoon. I have the mop feature scheduled in the morning only with vacuum at the same time. It helps keep the floors clean daily after deep clean mopping I do at least once a week or every 2 weeks. The only improvements I would want to see is having hot water used to clean the floors and not just the when cleaning the mop head at the station. Also, the Roborock takes more time to figure out where it is or going home after it gets stuck and you have to reset it. The Coredy easily found the charging station compared to Roborock. Finally, maintenance is important but a pain. The station floor is constantly dirty from when it gets cleaned. Not automatic to being cleaned with the mops or dustbin. The clean water bin is constantly getting mold groth in the water. I don't know if there is some cross contamination going on with the dirty water being released into the dirty water tank and then clean water into the same tank, but it's really annoying that you have to waste solution because now I have to clear it out so the mold does not get spread into my floors. I'm still on the fence of keeping it or not. Its been 4 months having it now, and it really helps assist when I'm too busy with work.

It gets into corners with its side mop. I love it . Only issue is its lidar vs a 3D cam , cords are its nemesis. It will tangle with a cord in a heat beat, but it cleans so well for me its worth it

After our Roomba J9+ died, this was our replacement. It's so much quieter and does a significantly better job at mopping than the Roomba ever did, and at a substantially lower price point. I wish Best Buy had these in black, but I'd buy this again without hesitation.

Strong suction, good at cleaning and mopping, sometime issue with finding the dock.

I LOVE THIS VACUUM! I have had 4 other brands prior to owning the Roborock. I did not initially purchase this brand because I did not want to spend the money. When the Eufy (which was horrible at cleaning) that I purchased ran through dog poop and drug it through my house, it went in the trash. I saw they had this one on sale and decided to splurge. Never did I think I would be so happy that my dog crapped on the carpet. Had it not been for that, I would never have purchased this. This vacuum was so well thought out. Every single piece comes apart and is so easy to clean. The app has so many cleaning options. I love that it can recognize the hard wood from the carpets and mops the floors. If anything ever happens to this one I will never buy any other brand. I am not one to give reviews and am really hard to please when it comes to these types of appliances. Worth every penny!!!

I have had my Roborock Qrevo Pro for a couple weeks now and I love it. It was easy to set up with WiFi and learn how to define areas to clean after it did it's 1st cleaning & mapping of our floor plan, I've had it cleqn just my kitchen a couple times and it worked beautifully. My husband has commented on how clean the floors feel when barefoot. This is my 2nd Roborock, but my first with the mopping function. Both have not disappointed me,

The best $600 I have ever spent! I have an open floor concept down stairs and it is huge! Sweeping everyday and mopping twice a week was just to much! I run this thing everyday on sweep mode and every other day on full clean mode! This vacuum/mop save me so much time!!! It hurt to buy it, but it was so worth it!!!! The hardest part is dumping the funky water, and that only takes 2 mins! Well worth the money!

This is my first robo vacuum, it's changed my life! My floors have never been cleaner. It takes a bit of getting use to, you need to make sure any small cord like phone charges and speaker cable aren't on the floor, because she will eat them! So get organized and declutter your floor so this little robot can make your floors pristine! The app takes a minute to figure out, but once you do, you can customize all the schedules and cleaning settings that you desire. The best feature by far is the hot water steam self cleaning, keeps the mop pads like new to make your floors shine!

Item mops and vacuums well so far. It has gotten stuck or lost a few times but not big issues. Overall happy with purchase.

Was a die-hard i-roomba fan but as time went on, i bot vacc's went down hill. software programming made them so unreliable. The roborock is just plain easy. It figures everything out almost on its own and the suction power is top notch. It does not destroy my rugs like the more powerful roombas did. This model is quieter than the other roborock that I have and has a smaller profile so it fits more easily. I love both my roborocks. They are worth every penny. ...and it's a lot of pennies.

The Roborock Qrevo Pro is genuinely the best robot vacuum I have ever used. The mapping is crazy good, the obstacle avoidance is amazing, the robot handles changes to the environment wildly well. The way the dock manages the robot and its mops is amazing, and the app is absolutely fantastic. The single brush roller pushes way above its weight class and the fact that it doesn't need light to see and is generally very quiet makes it a no brainer, especially when on sale. My only real complaint is that sometimes the dock fails to empty the dust bin all the way, but this might be due to the fact that I have 7 pets in my home and thus there is a lot of hair for it to contend with. That and the single brush roller tied with the cleaning head design causes it to struggle to pick up larger debris such as dog food.

This little hum digger of a vacuum speeds across the floor, picking up everything you can find and then goes back and mop it. It’s very quickly learns the map of your home. It doesn’t bang into furniture like some other robot vacuums do., I need this fairly quiet. The app is easy to use and very customizable as far as whether you want, vacuuming, mopping, or both and whether you want rugs in the room treated.. my only complaint is that it took a while to get it set up to the point where it would dock properly it kept trying to dock and then coming back out, but once I got the unit with the water tanks tilted back toward the wall, a little bit, it worked perfectly. Got this at half off sale, Can’t find any problem with that.

Ive been using the Roborock for a fee months now and it performs perfectly! It like having a little helper around the house. It frees up so much of my time to relax or clean other things while its doing the floors. It by far the best purchase. I wish i had bought this a long time ago. I habe two dogs and i no longer have to stress about the dog hair on the floor. I turn it on when i go to bed and wake up to clean floor. I cant stop talking anout how much i love this machine. Dont walk run to purchase!!!

Exceeded my expectations. Does an excellent job with pet hair. App allows you to customize each room for cleaning. You’re able to mop or vacuum individually, or do both at same time. Very happy with this product.

Vacuum is more quiet than others we have had. Just wish the camera was lower so it could sensor when the dogs have an accident. Overall really enjoy it
