Love it! Easy to assemble, has made the cleaning process so much easier!

Ive been using the Roborock for a fee months now and it performs perfectly! It like having a little helper around the house. It frees up so much of my time to relax or clean other things while its doing the floors. It by far the best purchase. I wish i had bought this a long time ago. I habe two dogs and i no longer have to stress about the dog hair on the floor. I turn it on when i go to bed and wake up to clean floor. I cant stop talking anout how much i love this machine. Dont walk run to purchase!!!

Exceeded my expectations. Does an excellent job with pet hair. App allows you to customize each room for cleaning. You’re able to mop or vacuum individually, or do both at same time. Very happy with this product.

Vacuum is more quiet than others we have had. Just wish the camera was lower so it could sensor when the dogs have an accident. Overall really enjoy it

This works really well for what I needed, which was a daily sweep and a weekly mop. We have a dog that brings in sand/dirt and of course fur, every single day. So I needed a maintenance machine. Does a great job on corners and edges compared to others. I really love waking up to clean floors every morning. I will still do deep cleaning with my plug ins a few times a month, but this is definitely worth it for the daily cleaning upkeep. Saves me a lot of time. We even named him.

Beautiful product, happy to use such a technologic machine the app is also very user friendly. I recommend this product.

Gets the job done and then some. App works quite well. Too bad the docking station can't be on carpet.

It's an excellent vacuum cleaner, and I love that I can wash the mop by myself. In addition, a single water tank lasts a long time.

This is the best thing ever. I used to spent so much time vacuuming and mopping floor. But now with one touch it does it all. I run it daily. One thing that I don't like is that it does not detect the wires from like a fan, laptop if they are on the floor. It gets tangled and the robot gets stuck. but overall I really like the product!

I’ve had this about a month and I LOVE IT!! The technology is amazing and it does such a great job at cleaning.

This was our first robot vacuum/mop. It has kept our floors very clean, having majority tile with some carpet.

Best thing I purchased in a while. I live alone in 1 bed room apartment, and this thing is cleaning my house daily. I wish I had this before. Now the issue: I wasn't able to pair it to my iPhone 15 pro max at all, and I still don't know the solution. I even changed my router and tried everything written online like disabling mobile data. It just didn't connect to my iPhone for the initial setup. I realized it might be some bug in the app or the Roborock firmware, and I tried again with my android phone. It worked instantly with android and paired with my dual band router without any configuration changes. Sorry that I don't have a solution for iPhone but maybe they fixed it. But it pairs instantly with android. If you can work around the pairing, this is a perfect robot vacuum.

I waa a skeptic... my wife tried to convinceme to buy a robovac for years... I wouldn't budge. After my swcond knee replacement, I thought we needed some helo. My wife did the reasearch and identified this robovac as one of the top rated. BestBuy was offering a deal, so I took the punge. Let me say, this robovac is awesome! It's very untelligent! It vacuums and mops and adjusts itself for carpets! Just amazing technoligy! Only complaint is the difficulty in connecting to router and the app is a bit klugy

This vacuum is great. I like the mopping on it. I think it works better than a cloth moving across your floor. The spinning mop works great. I have 5 dogs and it works hard for me every night after I put them in their kennels and pick up their toys. So happy I made the purchase.

This robot vacuum/mop combo is fine. Based on word of mouth, I expected much better things. I upgraded from a robot vacuum-only from a competitor. We’d used it for years and its object sensing was going down. While this model doesn’t pride itself on avoiding small things in the floor (cat toys, cords), I was surprised by how poorly it performed. To me, a robot vacuum isn’t worth much if I have to pickup ahead of time. The mop feature is new to me, and I’m not sold on it. The machine leaves very obvious streaks on the floor, and based on the water in the dirty container, isn’t getting that much dirt to begin with.

Bought this robot vacuum for my son/daughter-in-law for Christmas. They absolutely love it! My son said it was easy to setup! They said they couldn’t keep up cleaning after two boys ages 6 & 9, now they love their clean floors and the free time they have to play with the kids.

My Roborock vac works great , easy to set up and have had no problems with its performance.
