Best thing I purchased in a while. I live alone in 1 bed room apartment, and this thing is cleaning my house daily. I wish I had this before. Now the issue: I wasn't able to pair it to my iPhone 15 pro max at all, and I still don't know the solution. I even changed my router and tried everything written online like disabling mobile data. It just didn't connect to my iPhone for the initial setup. I realized it might be some bug in the app or the Roborock firmware, and I tried again with my android phone. It worked instantly with android and paired with my dual band router without any configuration changes. Sorry that I don't have a solution for iPhone but maybe they fixed it. But it pairs instantly with android. If you can work around the pairing, this is a perfect robot vacuum.

We recently got the Roborock Q Revo Pro, and it’s been an absolute game-changer! As a household with two cats, busy work-from-home schedules, and allergies, keeping everything clean can be a challenge—but this little robot has exceeded all our expectations! With two cats, fur is a constant battle. Qrevo Pro picks up every last strand making our home feel fresh and fur-free every day. I have allergies, and the combination of powerful suction and the HEPA filter has been a blessing. It captures dust, dander, and allergens so effectively that I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how I feel! We’re often in back-to-back meetings, so having the Qrevo Pro clean quietly in the background has been amazing. It’s efficient, doesn’t get in the way, and works around our furniture without a hitch.

The mop and vacuum functionality of this robot is fantastic. It makes keep the house floors clean very easy even with a baby and dog running around.

After our Roomba J9+ died, this was our replacement. It's so much quieter and does a significantly better job at mopping than the Roomba ever did, and at a substantially lower price point. I wish Best Buy had these in black, but I'd buy this again without hesitation.

It operates exactly as it should. I did my research and I didn’t need anything heavy duty, but I didn’t need it to be late either. And this is perfect for my vinyl laminate floor floors as well as several rugs.

This product has saved us lots of time throughout the week. We’re now able to go out during the weekend and turn this product on with our phone to not only vacuum but sweep the entire house. The first thing the product does is map out your home. You can then split up the rooms in the map, add the floor type, and clean rooms separately. For example, we can clean the kitchen and living room without cleaning the other rooms in the home. I’d highly recommend this product.

Exceeded my expectations. Does an excellent job with pet hair. App allows you to customize each room for cleaning. You’re able to mop or vacuum individually, or do both at same time. Very happy with this product.

My first cleaning robot, I guess i dint read the description correct. But this doesn’t mop with hot water just cleans the mop pads with hot water. Overall happy with my purchase definitely gives you time back!

Vacuum is more quiet than others we have had. Just wish the camera was lower so it could sensor when the dogs have an accident. Overall really enjoy it

It's an excellent vacuum cleaner, and I love that I can wash the mop by myself. In addition, a single water tank lasts a long time.

I’ve had this about a month and I LOVE IT!! The technology is amazing and it does such a great job at cleaning.

This was our first robot vacuum/mop. It has kept our floors very clean, having majority tile with some carpet.

So far this has been a good product. Coming from the roomba line up. The mop does seem to be much better.

This robot vacuum/mop combo is fine. Based on word of mouth, I expected much better things. I upgraded from a robot vacuum-only from a competitor. We’d used it for years and its object sensing was going down. While this model doesn’t pride itself on avoiding small things in the floor (cat toys, cords), I was surprised by how poorly it performed. To me, a robot vacuum isn’t worth much if I have to pickup ahead of time. The mop feature is new to me, and I’m not sold on it. The machine leaves very obvious streaks on the floor, and based on the water in the dirty container, isn’t getting that much dirt to begin with.

Cleans very well. I am very pleased with this purchase.
