    I returned this product for two reasons. It was very difficult to connect to our WiFi. Our router uses 2.4 GHz to 5.0 GHz. The vacuum only operates on 2.4 GHz. When it ran it did not get close to the edge of our trim. I purchased the Sharp Deep Clean and love it.

Please ensure the indicator light in front of the dock is solid on when the robot is not docked and turns off when the robot is placed on the dock. If the light stays on while the robot is docked, the charging contacts may not be properly aligned. Reposition the robot until the light turns off.     I absolutely love this vacuum. We bought the Q Revo Plus, and wemloved thst so much we bought the Q Revo Pro for another floor. I habe had multiple Roomba models, and after getting the Roborock, we wont be going back. Better navigation, a more pleassnt sound, and the smart maps actuslly work! If you plut a no-go zone down, it actually doesnt go there. The Roombas we have had virtually ignore them or where you place them on the map doesn't precisely match the location in the room so you have to guess.

    I'm so disappointed in this purchase. The supposed robot vacuum doesn't self dock, charge or have any charging or other task indicator lights, and it doesn't self-empty. It will say it is performing a task but not which one. Garbage. Waste of $700. I will be returning right away. False promises.
