I recommend 100%. Before buying Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, I made the mistake of buying Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni, and I was not impressed with the Deebot from day 1, but I used it every day for a month, thinking mapping would improve or there was something I needed to learn - not the case. I exchanged the Deebot for a Roborock, and the Roborock has been AMAZING from day 1. I’ve been using Roborock for about 2 mos and am totally impressed with it. The Roborock really cleans your carpets and floors (mops and vacuums at same time) with multiple settings to choose from and gives me the satisfaction of seeing perfect vacuum lines across my carpet. (Deebot never made my carpets look freshly vacuumed, and Deebot won’t mop carpets and scrubs floors at the same time or even cross an area rug to mop a floor on the other side.) Also, Roborock self-cleans VERY WELL. I rarely need to clean the wheel and the dustbin doesnt need to be emptied nearly as often. (The Deebot left dirty, stinky water in its pan and “stuff”got stuck around its wheels constantly.) The Roborock has superior mapping and never gets stuck. Save yourself some aggravation and time, and buy a Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

We had an iRobot Roomba S9+ and Braava jet M6; which are supposedly iRobot top of line products, and they were utter crap. Loud, unintelligent and hard to use. Finally, after watching YouTube videos about Roborock, I decided to return those and get a Roborock S7 VMax ultra. It’s been 2 weeks, and I’m in awe of this product. It’s very fast, much quieter and incredible at cleaning. The navigation and app features are second to none. The floor (I have tile) and carpet cleaning, as well as mopping are pretty good and thorough as well. The only small drawback of this is that on medium to high pile carpets, it struggles to move, but I have found a very simple solution to that by removing the mopping plate. I know it’s $1500 but the intelligent robot as well as ultra base are incredible, and would save you thousands of hours of house cleaning if you get this. Overall I would give it 5 stars for sure.

This robot keeps the floor exceptionally clean with very little maintenance. The mop cleaner, auto-empty, and auto-refill are the best features of the dock. The robot itself offers many features, including advanced obstacle avoidance that keeps it from getting stuck (only once so far in months of ownership), deep cleaning, and the cool feature to drive it around remotely from your phone. The dock emptying feature is definitely loud, and at maximum suction power, so is the vacuum. Both of these cons are minimal. The Google Home integration is excellent as I can just ask Google to have it clean the entire space or a specific room. Difinitely wish the dock came with the mop and dock dryer attachment by default, especially since you cannot find it in stock anywhere. It would likely cut down on the smell of standing dirty water.

Excellent robot vaccum and mop which make my work so easy because I don’t have to deal with the dust every day and I just press the button and it will do the rest. Whether you want to do just vacuum or mop, from emptying to cleaning the mop I don’t have to do anything. Best thing I have ever bought!

I am in love with this robot! It is so smart! The floors stay clean! The suction power is great and it mops with just enough water. This is a hands off product. It cleans the floors and then itself. It is the smartest vacuum as well. Object recognition is great. I watched the video under my son’s bed and it navigated around all of his hidden treasures and socks very well. We have 3000 sq ft of hard floor and 5 bedrooms with carpet. It knows when to pick up the mop for our area rugs as well. The only critique I would give is how loud it is on the highest suction setting, however, it is really worth it! The suction power can be changed for night cleaning, so there is really no worries there. You can choose rooms, zones, or the whole house. This was truly the best Christmas present I’ve ever bought myself. It is worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone! It just keeps giving!

I had my doubts about getting another robot vacuum, but after researching for quite some time and reading the positive reviews of this Roborock, I decided to splurge and buy it for myself. It has been such a life saver and has helped me tremendously so much in the past month I’ve had it. It is quite expensive; the peace of mind it has given me is nothing in comparison to the price. I either let it clean up while everyone is in bed(it’s that quiet) or I let it clean the floors while I take care of cleaning other things or cooking. I just hope it continues to work this well for months and years to come!!

I've been using the Roborock S7MaxV Ultra for over a year now, and I must say, it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. Owning a Husky means dealing with a constant barrage of pet hair all over my apartment. This robot vacuum has been a game-changer in tackling this issue. It effortlessly picks up the hair, leaving my floors spotless. The efficiency and effectiveness of this vacuum have been truly astonishing. It's incredible how much easier it has made my daily cleaning routine. Highly recommended for pet owners!

Very user friendly, and unlike roomba, this WORKS! It keeps my floors clean and I can set it to how heavy I want the mop and vacuum to clean. You can also tell it how often to go back to the dock and clean the mop. In the photos, I had just moved the mini fridge over after having this run every day for two weeks. I couldn’t believe my floors were that dirty before. The AI is many the smartest, but I get a good laugh out of what it thinks objects are.

The roborock is an engineering marvel! I watched several YouTube videos to familiarize myself with the system. It was easy to assemble and it cleans phenomenally well! I had a problem and customer support is outstanding! The app is good. The custom cleaning menus will allow you to set up your automatic cleaning schedule. and I used YouTubers to explain how to set it up. I highly recommend the S7 max v ultra. Floors are clean every day instead of just when they are manually cleaned. This is a game changer in floor cleaning !!!

The Robot left our Marble Floors and Tile Floors shining. We Read Reviews about carpet being wet, we don’t have this issue the Vacuum lifts the mop when it recognized Carpet, once it learned my floor plan The Robot just started moving at top speed. The Vacuum is very strong. The Vaccum is almost as strong as our Dyson Outsize Vacuum.

The robovac is amazing. Compared to other robots it does a great job at following outlines and getting into corners without having to adjust every second. The lidar detection is really neat when you have several floors and it can automatically figure out where it is. Make sure you maintain it though so it keeps working as smooth as possible.

Worked great when first purchased, mops and vacuums well. As for some of the negatives vacuum bags don’t seem to fill all the way, and have to change them out frequently otherwise dirt container does not empty. After 3 years of use, starting to get issues with sensors, keep getting cliff sensor error even after cleaning them, looks like there is dust inside the sensors that is the cause, and this seems like a product defect, mops does not seem to want to extend some of the time on non-carpet floors, i think because it thinks it’s on carpet. It’s out of warranty so not sure what I can do about it. But for the price I paid seems like this should have lasted longer without these type of issues.

Tired of your spouse getting upset because you cant clean as well or tired of hunching over all the time? Say no more is robot vacuum is a beast!!! I know its pricey but let me tell you its worth it. I love tech stuff but this is by far the best thing ive boughten. Do your research twice and buy it once! This does it all without yiu doing anything but watch it clean and save you time for yourselves

We got this because of our golden retriever and couldn’t be happier. Mops and vacuums perfectly. Very little manual intervention to just refill and empty the dirty/clean water tanks… highly recommend

The Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra has been a game changer in my home. One machine vacuums then mops my floors every day while I’m at work. I have a senior dog that leaks urine sometimes when he is laying down. This little machine has kept my floors clean and the spots he leaks are not visible on my tile. My Roborock has made my life so much easier, it is worth every penny spent to get it. It is very simple to add fresh water, empty dirty water and change the bag on the vacuum side. I would highly recommend the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra to anyone that just needs some help around the house.

This Robot is so cool and quiet. I just like to watch it work. It just amazes me of the technological innovations on these they have done. Mop and vacuum.

My S7MaxV Ultra wifi Robot Vaccum and Mop, works like a dream. It does exactly what its name says. I am proud to say i am a samsung people, all my appliances are samsung. So this deviation to a different brand was quite traumatizing, 'I bet this vaccum had to work extra hard so as to stand out in this samsung regime' hahahah. I had a samsung robovaccum but it was too small for my new apartment. I did a lot of research, including watching lots of video reviews before settling on this little gem. My little maid ❤️.
