Awesome Robovac, Cleans and wipes of hardwood floor very well. Avoids obstables well.

So far I'm very impressed with this machine. Love that you can schedule seperate modes and individual rooms.

Only worked for 5 weeks the. The water tank stopped working so the mop cant be washed and you have to fill the tank and wash the pads yourself. and you cant return it after 15 days so your out of luck. You call the support line and your only option is to mail the whole heavy thing to them and may e they might fix it but they cant tell you. You are responsible to pay for packaging, you are responsible if it gets damaged in route.you have to pay to ship it back to yourself and you might have to pay to fix it but they wont tell you until you mail it to them. Im soo disappointed because i saved up for a long time to buy this. What a waste of $1,500

The vacuum is awesome, and it works amazing. My only problem has been the vacuum not properly emptying the bin into the bag. The empty will run but the bin stays full.

This is the best robot vacuum I have had. The lidar and camera keeps it from slamming into my doors, which is nice since I have it run during the night. The mopping feature is easy to maintain and keeps my floors looking great. I have 3 large dogs and this gets their fur up with ease and mops away the muddy pawprints. Would definitely recommend for pet owners.

This vacuum is AMAZING!! We have 2 labs that shed amd track in a LOT of dirt and mud. But this vacuum helps keep it down. I love that you can set multiple programs a day, so ot can really keep up on the hair. I also love the mop feature, and that it cleans its own mop pad. We still switch it out, but dont have to as often. The price tag is hefty, but we are so glad we got this!

Love this vacuum and well worth it! Finds its way "home" every time and cleans great.

replaces roomba mop and vaccuum. it does not do brute force bumping into furniture. A little on the expensive side but this is what i expected in a robot vac.

Frequently cleaning the equipment even after spending so much is a hassle. Else it does what it is supposed to do.

This is my second Roborock. Beyond the fact that it does not have the self drying capability, it has been a joy to use so far.

So far, great. Still getting to know it, but it's smarter than we are.

Very happy with this purchase. Setup is easy. All you have to do is add clean water, download the app, and the vaccuum does the rest. The mapping process was very easy, no issues. The camera view while cleaning is mich better quality than i anticipated. Not very noisy and provides a deep clean. Would definitely recommend.
