Mapping and suction/cleaning is impressive, mopping is step behind the ecovacs omni, also the water tanks are small and more conplicated but overall one of the best for sure

Just got new floors and wanted a good vscuum to be abke to keep up with everythibg. I have a few cats and this thing does an amazing job. This was pricey but very happy i went with this model.

Works well for a quick maintenance at home but really does not substitute a real cleaning. The mop just licks the floor and that’s it. First time on my one inch carpet it got tangled and damaged the brush. Wouldn’t buy again if had the option.

Very impressed with this vacuum so far. Floorplan creation was shockingly fast. The AI is very smart at detecting objects that the robot might get stuck on and even notates them on the app floorplan map. A cool feature I hadnt read about before buying was that you can see the robots progress on the floorplan map and where it is in real time. It is nice to have an idea how close it is to completing a cleaning. My only complaint is that it cannot clean the whole house without returning for a charge. But my house is 2,800sf with carpet and tile, so I can imagine this is battery intensive and not a big tradeoff.

Great product. I’ve own 2 other Roborock models and all have been reliable and effective. This maxV Ultra is the best. Definitely requires the least maintenance from any robot vacuum on the market to include the new Deebot since you need to remove the mop pads to vacuum on carpet…..not like the maxV Ultra though. I mop/vacuum 3 out of 7 days and vacuum on max every other day. The mop water takes a week and a half to run out. This is the only reg maintenance aside from the alerts that advice you to clean parts of the robot every couple weeks. I use 1 cap of roborocks cleaning solution from Amazon just fine.

The Roborock S7MaxV is the ultimate robot vacuum. I was initially skeptical, especially with the hefty price tag, but after using the robot for a week, I'm sold. It really is the Cadillac of robot vacuums. I didn't think it would truly clean my hardwood floors, but with the vacuum and mopping feature, they look better than ever. First, this thing is large. You will need several square feet of room for the base as it is large. It contains a vacuum bin (the vacuum vacuums the vacuum), a fresh and dirty water tank for mopping. Setup is fairly straight forward. Unbox the pieces, follow the quick setup guide, download the app and you're done. The vacuum will first map your house so pick up everything you can (I recommend chairs, dog beds, etc.). Mapping runs relatively quick and it does an outstanding job of laying out your house. After mapping, you can customize the map by indicating beds, tables, etc. to help the robot as it cleans. Cleaning is relatively straight forward. You have several options - vacuum and/or mop. You can schedule the robot to clean as you need and can customize the schedule as you like. For instance, I have it vacuum the whole house every day, but only mop 2 days a week. You can customize the level of vacuum power and intensity of the mopping, but note that battery life maybe affected. Some features/cool stuff of this robot: * The vacuum self cleans - both emptying the dust bin and cleaning the mop head. * It tells you verbally what it's doing. ie: "Cleaning mop head". * It has a light on the front to help with navigation in dark locations. * You can use the app to make a video call from the vacuum (to see what the kids are up to). * You can have it clean the house, a room, or a zone you identify (spot cleaning) * The mop will lift itself when the vacuum is on carpet. It will also increase vacuum power when on carpet. * The robot will go back to the base automatically to wash the mop and then return to the spot it left to resume (you can customize how often the mop gets cleaned). * On the map, you can see where the robot is currently and can see where it has been. * The cleaning history shows a map with exactly what was cleaned. * The app updates you on maintenance needs (replace filter, etc.) The one downside, if really a downside, is that there are a number of components you will need to replace/maintain on this vacuum. The robot empties into a bag in the base (have to buy more bags), the filter, the main brush, the side brush, the mop, the water filter. All of those things will add up over time, but in the end, it is likely worth it given the great job the robot does. I really thought this was going to be a very overpriced robot vacuum and would do what all of the other ones do, but I was wrong. It is the king of robot vacuums!!

The vacuum is awesome in identifying areas that need to be cleaned. It is a little bit more expensive than other but is definitly worth it.

When you whole house has no carpet and u don’t wanna sweep and mop everyday. This little machine can do it by a push of a button. Has exceeded my expectations.

We loved this model for the first year. At the 13 month mark the device would no longer find the dock. I can literally put it a few feet away from the dock and it will leave the area and roam the house doing nothing until the battery dies. As it is in the 13 month Roborock customer service has two options for me: either pay to send it in and they can try and fix it or they will give me a small discount on a new model. I mean this was a $1500 vacuum.

Great vac and mop. Wat better and easier than any roomba i had. I had the roomba s9+ with roomba m6 mop..nothing compared to this.

Have been using it for 2 to 3 day now. Is what you expected from my cleaning machine. The vacuum and mop. I had to say they don’t do a good job at vacuuming the first time around you had to let it run twice. The first time I did the cleaning they still a lot of small crumb left over that required me to run it a second time. When it comes to the mopping They didn’t do a bad job at all. If only it would dry faster. That leftover wet stain. With my dog and me walking around they left some footprint. Beside that is clean really good . I have a higher expectation when buying this but you get what you get.

This thing makes life easier by taking the chores of vacuuming and mopping off your list. It is so easy to use and the sensors have gotten so good compared to our old Roomba that we can run it without worrying about picking everything off the floor. It goes around all the cat toys on the floor without stopping or sucking them up. The vacuum is strong and the mop does a decent job. We run it about 3 times a week and the floors stay clean.

Doesnt get along baseboard n corners well. Still need to use broom for kitchen crumbs. For price expected more

It counldn’t make it over certain carpet, the mop still got my white Capet wet, and ran over cords and also got stuck all the time

So far so good! I am impressed with this robot vacuum/mop. It has great mapping capabilities and is handling my two golden retrievers shedding with incredible efficiency! Dust cups have to be replaced every couple months. They are sold for $32/6 disposable dust cups. Also have to clean the various components every week for best longevity. I think it’s worth it to not have to vacuum and mop my hard floors 3x/day.
