This is truly a do it all product. The level of cleaning is great and exceeded my high expectations. I like the flexibility it provides through the app. Make sure to stay on top of the maintenance it requires at least monthly so the product continues to perform at 100% efficiency.

Price point is high to not pick-up cheerios. Even with the highest scrub setting the mop function will not remove hard yogurts or dried fruit that our baby drops. Other than that, maintenance is bearable and the device is easy to take apart. For every day use it is perfect. The spot cleaning feature is pretty cool too! The alexa integration is on/off do not look for anything more complex.

Bought for a new house. Easy to setup and use. Wonderful vacuum.

Well worth the money compared to robots half the price, we called him knight rider because of the light on the front that goes back and fourth, this machine is amazing does not hit the walls, does not hit furniture, cleans itself, the first month already used it 30 hours!!! Get it

I super love this machine. I am a busy person and this machine helps me a lot with maintaining our house clean. It is very easy to use. Our house has laminate floors and a rug and it works well with both. Our house feels and smells good all the time.

I love this vacuum/mop sysytem! So efficient and well worth the money spent. I have saved so much time and anxiety. With 3 large dogs and indoor/outdoor cats, dirty shoes in and out around our homestead, this machine keeps me sane and my wood floors beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

I owned other brands and this mop-vacuum combo is by far the best one so far. Is very convenient that the mop is a self wash. Very powerful vacuum too. I use it every single day, and I haven’t had any issues other than the regular maintenance.

I didn't have the opportunity to compare it with other products, but based on numerous reviews claiming it to be one of the best in 2022, I purchased it with high expectations. This robotic vacuum delivers good mapping capabilities and effectively cleans my home. I recommend this product and would buy it again. However, there are a few downsides to consider. Firstly, it struggles with handling long hair; it either fails to pick it up or gets entangled in the robot's wheels. Secondly, when transitioning onto and off of carpets, it tends to impact the carpet's edges, causing potential damage over time. This issue can be avoided if your carpet is relatively thin. Lastly, I've noticed that Roborock seems to monopolize the cleaning products for this brand. The prices they charge for their approved cleaning solution, particularly the Omo brand, are excessively high. It would be great to have more options at a reasonable cost. Overall, this robotic vacuum impresses with its cleaning performance and advanced features. Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, I believe it's a worthwhile investment for maintaining a clean home.

Vacuum will map the entire house and doesnt miss a spot on your floor (as long as it can get to it). The robot sometimes spends a lot of time trying to get to places when there are a lot of obstacles around the area. Battery lasts long.

This vacuum does a great job of vacuuming and a better than expected job on mopping. It's a little loud when it returns to base and empties into the bin so you cannot put this near your home office and have it do it's thing during the day else you will be distracted.

I've never owned a robot vaccum and let me tell you. I love it so much. I HIGHLY Recommend the Roborock vaccum

My wife loves the Roborock vacuum and mop! This little gem helps to keep our home clean and the floors look amazing. Very easy to set up and operate! We have even names our little housekeeping buddy!

 I don’t need to move my mats off the floor in the kitchen or the bathroom, pick my shoes up off the floor if I don’t want to or that shirt sitting over in the corner, I don’t have to worry it’s going to get stuck under at the bed because it does a great job navigating whatever it is under the bed and not only does it do a great job it identifies by taking a picture of whatever item is under there, and with a percentage of certainty it can assess what that item is not always great by does a pretty darn good job. It is by far, as other reviewers have noted, leaps and bounds …. ARTEMIS SIZE… GALACTICLY SUPERIOR to ANY other vacuum. And then, to add an amazing mop that is utilized simultaneously with the vacuuming feature, and the ability to customize from a light mop job to a extra duty session— YESSSSS nailed it in execution, nailed it in design, and nailed it in understanding the deficiencies of the current technologies on the market, and then bring the technology market :) Summarized, and in general, I have been pretty darn critical of most of them tech purchases in the past 10 years because of shifty retailers, manufactures, ad campaigns, all implying, amazing features and benefits that blend into a disappointment and waste. If not a complete failure. It’s usually what is implied by the manufacture, but not stated that leaves disappointment in execution. And then, of course, there are the glaring issues, confronting consumers in the marketplace by way of the retailers, not Best Buy that don’t care about the customer enough to mandate that pro product descriptions are actually in English enough to understand but to me that basically means that a manufacture doesn’t really care about the American consumer at all because if they did, they would find somebody who speaks English enough to write a manual for whatever product and to write print and advertise that product in a way that respects the customer and doesn’t make them have to read between the lines or reword, poor grammatical errors, because of a lack of regard that upsets me more than anything so I’m very glad to have retailers that are still around like Best Buy where I know specifications for a product are going to be the specs for the product. Anyway, the bottom line is, this is a win. I’m pleased, and I have not been pleased in the product and I can say this pretty certainly in a very, very long time, so great job, Robo rock. Happy to welcome you into my family! (And I apologize about my grammar and spelling as I’ve been dictating this and as far as vendors go with AI, Siri is falling behind a little bit and doesn’t really respect my dictation lol :)

Best purchase we have ever made . I can take a break of cleaning my floors throughout the week and just do a deep cleaning once in a while. It’s a big her for a family of 4+

This is the best robit vacuum i have owned. So easy to set up. An it .aintains its self for a long time before you need to do any body care on it. Love it

Fantastic vacuum. Use it almost daily to vac and mop my entire home. Have a dog and a cat and an 8 month old who crawls. Keep everything tidy. No streaks from mopping. Use to maintain. Would def recommend.

I am disabled and purchased it to help clean around the house. I’ve set it to mop one day and vacuum one day. It has ran everyday since I purchased it. Best purchase I’ve ever made.
