Very good. It arrived in perfect condition and it cleans and vacuums the house very well. The best thing I have bought. Thank you very much for making this wonderful product.

It's an exclusive mechanical vacuum and mop that you don't have to worry about. You choose the time for cleaning your house. You don't have to hire someone and it is a time savior while you can navigate and concentrate on other important events.

We have 3 large dogs and 4 cats. Ive tried Bobsweep- he was okay. But he was constantly full or hair was wound around the brush. A pain to clean. Ive had that issue with all vacciums. Needing tools and patience to dig in and remove the brush. But not with Roborock!! he empties himself, washes his mop pad and taken in the clean water,and moves dirty water to a separate bin. If yiu have to clean the brush, its no tools required and takes less than 10 seconds to pop the roller out and take the it off the Roller and also the bearings . I havent had to broom, mop or vacuum in 6 weeks thanks to roborock my floors are never a concern now. They sparkle and shine and the hair is gone!!!

Buy it. If you are unable to keep up (pets, kids) and/or don't have time to stay on top of it all, you will not be disappointed!! Honestly, it does a better job that anyone living at my house.

Cleans well. Easy set up. Works as advertised. Hard to find recommended cleaning solution. Design flaw the handles for the fill and empty bins are backwards so you can't easily open the them...a bit annoying to pour out the dirty water and it spills sometimes. You have to pay extra for the mop dryer which makes a pricy piece of equipment even more expensive (also the dryer attachment doesn't match the rest of the robot vacuum mop). I like the roborock Max 7 and am happy with my purchase. Knowing what I know now, I recommend waiting until the glitches are fixed and the price comes down. ($1399 is quite a bit when you could get close by swiffering your floors daily).

This thing is amazing. Used to have 2 different vacuum cleaners and mops and this does it all and then some. Setup was extremely fast and was out mapping the house in no time. The fact that you don't have to do daily maintenance is great. Fill the water chamber and the robot goes out and cleans. Maps are very detailed and accurate. Returns to clean the mop pad so not to cross contaminate the house. Great feature. It is expensive but it is definitely worth it. You get what you pay for and your getting alot with with device.

just wow!!! I had been buying the Roomba brand for more than 10 years and I never dared to try another brand until I got the Roomba S9+ for the second time in less than 1 year and when I went to the store they didn't have it available. So after looking for several references I decided to try the Roborock and I can only tell you that it has been the best decision I have ever made. The system is incredible, I love how it sweeps and maps the floor. Since I have it I have not had to use the broom and the mop again and I have more time for myself and my family.

What can I say, it's been a dream finally owning a robo vacuum. And this one is the best of the best. It does it all, vacuum and no mops with no need to touch the robot. Hardware works, the dock works and the app works perfectly. The only con is that you have to empty the dirty water by yourself. And also I wish it didn't use bags but a canister for the dust.

I am very happy and satisfied with my Roborock vacuum. It does an excellent job cleaning and mopping the floor. I was a little bit hesitant because of the price but now I feel that it was worth it.

I've owned several robot vacuums over the years. I decided to go with a mopping able vacuum due to recently getting a cat. Compared to previous vacuums this thing never gets hung up. One time it caught a string the cat left on the floor and it stopped due to binding the brush. Otherwise it is avoided every obstacle in my house without fail. It's done fantastic job keeping the pet hair off the floor and cleaning up the area around the litter box. My only complaint. When running the mop twice a week for my entire downstairs with it set to 20 minute mop cleanings... The water container would run out within a week. So much for the 30 days of no maintenance. The dock is stationary, I would have been completely fine with a double or triple-sized tanks.

Gave it 4/5 and here’s why. The unit is amazing. Cleans well, and actually mops well. Downside is it’s hard to get the actual cleaning solution, and replacement bags are used instead of just emptying a bin. Price point also knocks it down a star. Apps good. Haven’t got it dialed in beyond zone cleaning yet. It’s pretty awesome at going from hardwood to rugs and using the vac/mop feature is pretty slick. When it transitions from rug to hardwood, it has about a 6-8” delay before the mop touches back down. I have an old stinky golden retriever I acquired when my dad passed away and that’s a hairy messy dog. It won’t clean the rug well. But the more I run it the better it stays clean.

This was the best decision to buy, putting this review after a year. Happy with the self cleaning and low maintenance

My house has never been as clean. With two kids, one dog and a cat, is able to avoid going over toys and the pets.

Bought it for 2 months and just tried. It works great, it’s very helpful for busy people and have pets . It does the job well , very clean floor.

I love it. the only thing you have to do is remove anything that can get jammed on this unit while in use.

I picked this machine yesterday and I already love it. It is so easy to setup and operate. Fantastic cleaning.

We had been vacuuming our house once or twice weekly before purchasing the Roborock. We were shocked to see how much more dirt, dust, and cat dander this device picked up. We were concerned that it wouldn't handle our 3 cats dander which was not a problem. Our hardwood floors now sparkle. We've also programmed the robot to do our second floor which it does without problem. The instruction manual is a bit sparse. You should plan on studying the images that accompany the sparse text as this machine has many functions and many moving parts.

i have a husky so cleaning the brush is required but it works amazing but can get caught on high rugs and other things but i have not had any but those issues. 4 cats 2 dogs

Excellent cleaner. We have had this roborock cleaner for a year now and it has exceeded our expectations .
