Excellent cleaner. We have had this roborock cleaner for a year now and it has exceeded our expectations .

This is way better than our roomba. It finds its dock every time. It sweeps.. mops and does a great job. Yes u have to pick up clothes or chords and its not gonna vaccume and pick up things as big as a leaf. But hair..dog hair..crumbs..dust. it does a fantastic job. And the fact that all u have to do is empty the mop water and fill it up with water every 2 to 3 times running it is amazing . I will buy another roborock without the mop for upstairs bc this thing is amazing.

i have a husky so cleaning the brush is required but it works amazing but can get caught on high rugs and other things but i have not had any but those issues. 4 cats 2 dogs

Best robotic vacuum cleaner! Mops and vacuum great!! Self wash and dry! You have to buy additional device but only 99.00 dollars.

Best Robo vacuum I have owned. Relatively quiet too. Would definitely recommend for people in that market.

Better than expected. I highly recommend it. It is pricey but its better than all vacuums I have used in the past.

As you can see, most positive reviews are within the first few months. I felt the same way. It worked awesome for a few months. Now, it constantly gets stuck in easily maneuverable areas. It bumps into everything pretty hard now. We got a new high chair that it cannot figure out how to get around it. Has trouble finding the dock at times. If you have kids and leave anything out, this robot will probably jam up and stop. When it works, it does do a relatively good job. But overall, I get constant messages about it getting stuck on random things.

This is a great little vacuum and mop. I would recommend it.

I love the Roborock. It has been great in every aspect for my place. The only thing that bothers me is the disposable bags for the dirt. If there was a way to make it come with reusable bags it would have been great. Besides that, I think most robot vacuums today still havent gone around the problem of clearning corners but this one is the best we can get in today’s market is my opinion.
