I was honestly skeptical about buying this vacuum but we needed something and after having used it, I am impressed! We have gone through a few vacuums. We first had the Neato D7 and had issues with it about a year or so after. We then purchased the iRobot S9 and in less than a year it was losing its charge and suction power. We were reluctant on purchasing this Roborock but luckily we had a previous warranty and paid the difference. Im a tech guy and i am highly impressed. It may be overkill for some people but the fact it vacuums and mops, we were sold. It cleans very well and with the AI system, it avoids objects with no issues. I did see a review on YouTube on how it has issues avoiding objects on certain carpets, but I havent experienced this yet. I also didnt think the mopping would actually be any good and yet again, I was impressed with how well it does clean the floors. It was only done with water the first time we used it since the recommended solution was sold out but I’m sure it would do an even better job with the solution. If moneybis no issue for you, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

So far, a month's use it is the best robot vacuum I have ever used.

Low to moderately used this robot. purchased on 12/07/2022 ; Paid $1,134.19

The unit I purchased was defective. The water tank malfunctioned after a week. The magnet dislodged randomly. Nonetheless, customer support wasn’t very helpful and the replacement water tank was sold out everywhere online including the retailer. I had no choice but to returned the unit to the store. Everyone raves about the S7MaxV but I seriously don’t get the hype. It’s mediocre at best compared to the S8. It did the job some of the time and I had issues with it the rest of the time. Slower than the newer model, mop has issues staying clean after being washed and would not dry properly even with the external dryer module installed. The external dryer module itself didn’t work very well either. It ignores no go lines and ledge detection is non-existent. Spend a little more to get the S8 series. You won’t regret it.

Amazing do it all hands free vac/mop! Can’t say enough good things about this machine!

I've owned several Roombas in the past, and this Roborock we've had for almost a month blows them all away. Great sensor navigation, logical cleaning path, avoidance of objects is awesome, and the ability to drive it around if I ever want to monitor my home remotely is the cherry on top!

This is the best Robo vacuum that money can’t buy. The money is totally worth it don’t go for any other product. This is the best he can get it does the job so efficiently the AI is the best in the class in robot vacuums look no further I would’ve known recommenders go ahead and buy it whatever, maybe the cost

Top of the line love it makes house smell great didn’t think that it would do what I thought but it does more u can watch the camera on it and really see what it’s picking up mops prefect really quite thin the last eufy I had I would recommend this vac+mop to anyone the s7v ultra max is grea
