I have only had it for about a week. But my floors have been so clean since running this. I have a golden retriever & two cats. You can imagine the hair. It has picked up ALL of it! The mop just uses water and has been doing a great job at making the floor look clean too. Hubby absolutely loves this and Ryan it from his phone, watches the route on the app and it hasn’t had any issues yet. He’s been checking to see if any golden glitter has jammed up, and it hasn’t. Pricey but works much better than our shark did, so I would say it’s worth it. I hope it has longevity too. Lastly hubby isn’t tech savvy and was able to set it up and put it on his phone without my help.

We previously had robot vacuum. It worked well for 5 years then would not work properly. This one has performed very well to date. 4 star rating due to limited it was used.

I’ve had the roomba and thought it was the best thing. Well, this thing took it to a new level… absolutely love it. Makes life with 4 kids easier.

Roborock!! Yes!! It does the job right! I'm so happy I bought it. It was easy to set up and it feels great to sit back and let it do it's job.

It works for pet hair but gets stuck on random objects.

Second Roborock owned (also have the S7). The carpet lift feature works great. With 2 kids and a dog, truly allows us to keep a clean home without any effort. Does have to recharge once to finish the whole house, but the quiet mode is as advertised. A real ‘set it and forget it’ appliance. Am an engineer, so truly appreciate seeing great technology used effectively.

Absolutely love it, i just had a total knee replacement and i needed someone to help me with my house chores. This is the best help I ever got. I recommend it to anyone from surgery recoveries to busy moms to anyone that needs an extra help. Love it!!!!

This device really excellent . It is easy to setup and use. Definitely recommended!

This robot is awesome. We decided to get one since we have 3 cats and a dog, so lets just say its a life saver. We dont have to sweep every day we can just let the roborock do the work.

I bought this in October of 2023, and use it about once or twice a month at most. The water tank is now leaking, and Roborock doesn't carry the replacement tank on their website. They gave me a link to Amazon for a third party seller "Guangzhouhangzixingzhanbaihuoyouxiangongsi," I'm not even joking, this is the company. This was $799.99 when I bought this, I'm blown awesome for the support offered. I absolutely do not recommend Roborock products.

This vacuum is the absolute best! It vacuums carpet better then sny regular vacuum.

Does a great job of dealing with normal vacuuming, especially pet hair, and transitioning from bare floor to carpets and even across hardwood thresholds. Battery life is pretty good. App is OK, not very intuitive and hard to read or understand labels. Mopping function is pretty weak, doesn't seem to cover the width of the device. Honestly, better off just mopping yourself after vacuum is done. Purchased on sale for $300 off, which seems a good value for the performance.

The Roborock does a really good job at avoiding obstacles and adjusting the suction to carpet.

Cleans up great. Mops and vacuum. Great when you’re on the go and don’t have time to clean
