    NO POOP DETECTION, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We only had the vacuum for less than 2 months and it ran over poop and would constantly get stuck on socks and cords....It is supposed to have hazard protection but when I contacted customer service they said it doesn't have poop detection. Don't waste your money or your carpet and get the shark that does have money back if it runs over poop.

    This is my first time using a robotic vacuum. We built a new house three times the size as our prior and I spent all day cleaning the floors manually. I knew I couldn’t keep this up so I did some research and this one is amazing! Immediately maps and starts cleaning it right away. I’ve never seen an issue with it, sucking something up that it shouldn’t or getting confused with where it is located. There was one time it got a jam, and it told me exactly where the jam was located. It saves me so much time and does a great job! The only thing that is a little bit of a challenge is filing the water tank. I’m always spilling while I’m trying to get it in the tiny hole for the tank. You definitely need a funnel.

    The Roborock works. I have three dogs and had a Roomba that did not live up to the hype and was skeptical of buying a new robot vacuum. However I really needed one. The Roborock does what is says. The vacuum is self emptying and it works unlike the Roomba. I am very happy that I tried the Roborock and would recommend it to anyone looking for robot vacuum.
