    I bought this due to the obstacle avoidance But it has picked up charging cords and has run over my dog’s accident. Expected better for the price

    We have 2 dogs that shed alot and it handles the hair on hardfloor and carpet flawlessly, mopping does an amazing job aswell

    The vacum part is fantastic although i wish it was a little thinner so if fits under my couches. The moo is where it loses points. I like you can control the water flow (i have laminate flooring) but it does not scrub much off the floors.

      We are sorry to know that there is an issue with your robot. Please ensure that the robot has created a correct map for the house. It is suggested to place the dock station at the central area of your house. The space for the dock should be no less than 0.5 m wide on the left and right side, and 1.5 m wide in front of it.
