Does exactly what the description states!! I have three dogs and it vacuums and mops the floor, leaving nothing on the floor.

Just better in every way, nice metalic finish, the clean and dirty water tanks are covered, much better suction and the duo brush that prevents it from getting tangled. Love it so far

It was a truly amazing purchase; it picks up every particle or crumb, and the mop helps in an incredible way.

I had other vacuums but they didn't do a good job. This is the best robot vacuum I ever had.

The vacum part is fantastic although i wish it was a little thinner so if fits under my couches. The moo is where it loses points. I like you can control the water flow (i have laminate flooring) but it does not scrub much off the floors.

Up until now I’ve been a Roomba gal, but this vacuum has changed my mind. I bought this because of its high rating with long hair and it’s delivered. I’ve been using it every other day for almost 2 months on the 2nd floor where most of my hair falls out and not one hair wrapping issue! I do think Roomba cleans just a bit better, but to be able to have it run without raking up long hair first is amazing. I don’t use the mop feature but when my current Roomba dies I’ll replace it with another one of these for my first floor. Also high marks for recognizing stairs without having to identify them on a map first. Giving it 4 stars since I think it could clean a tad bit better and during initial setup it couldn’t find the base even though it was right in front of it, but otherwise I’m loving this and would highly recommend, especially for homes with lots of hair.

So far, I’m loving it. I’m 76. If I can figure out the app, anybody can, great help with my housework. A little pricey, but so far I think it’s worth it very good quality

I just upgraded from the roborock s8 max v and the saros 10 is 100% better. I would highly recommend to a friend but the price is just ouch!

Title: Requesting Corporate Review – Premium Purchase, No Retail Support at 3 Months I am writing this review in hopes that it reaches Best Buy’s corporate customer care team. Less than three months ago, I purchased a Roborock Soros 10 vacuum from Best Buy. This was a premium-priced appliance, not an entry-level purchase. I am also a Best Buy Plus/Total member, which I understood included enhanced customer support benefits. When the vacuum stopped functioning entirely, I brought it back to my local Best Buy store expecting assistance. I was informed that because it was outside the 60-day return window — and because this item is not normally stocked in-store — there was nothing the store could do. I was directed to work solely with the manufacturer. As a loyal member paying for upgraded support benefits, I did not expect to be told that a $1,000+ appliance failing at three months was “out of their control.” While I understand return policies, I also believe retailers share responsibility when premium products fail shortly after purchase. The expectation at this price point is advocacy for the customer — not redirection. I am respectfully requesting that Best Buy corporate review this situation and clarify: • What added value does Plus/Total membership provide in cases like this? • Why is there no retail-level support or exchange option for high-cost specialty items? • How does Best Buy stand behind premium products sold under its name? I would appreciate a corporate response and resolution

Definitely a solid buy, a quick upgrade from the S8 and the clean look. It definitely holds good amount of liquid and the app is definitely more detailed. Solid purchase.
