This adapter acts exactly like any sound card would, but without the hassle of opening up a computer to install it. Just plug and play in any USB port and you've got audio.

This is an inexpensive sound solution. The sound quality was a little less than but it was a minimum cost until I could figure out the onboard issue.

Saw a big improvement in my lower end headphones, however I can’t comment on the 7.1 ability as I never got to use it. Wound up upgrading my headphones and stopped using it

Simple plug and play solution to an audio card / no sound coming from my desk top. Works with my headphones not with my speakers.

A nice alternative if you don't have a working head-phone jack. The setup is fast, though you will be short an available USB plug.

Does a very good job of sound output for headphones, speakers, etc. Not for power setups, but good for personal sound devices (headphones, small speakers, etc.)

sounds great but driver is constantly crashing requiring it to be unplugged and plugged back in with Win 10.

The firmware and application that accompanies this product is clumsy and buggy. The 7.1 virtual surround sound feature is also not particularly impressive. All in all, you can probably find similar products that do much better for what is not likely much of a price hike. There are admittedly very few products in this price range though if that's what you're in the market for.

I got this device to run surround sound on my older PC and it works perfectly. I went to their website and downloaded the driver and that was it. Highly recommend.

No CD needed to get this installed and working on my Windows 10 machine. It plugged and it played all on its own. No issues found with it and does what its advertised.

Use it for my computer gaming headphones. USB connection is required & works great since not all computers now a days have the microphone & headphones connections.

It is a good usb audio out option, to give you another choice in sound out.
