The only issue with them is every once in a while the sound drops. It is annoying when it happens and all you have to do is update the headphones. It is a minor annoyance for high quality 3-D audio. Works really well with the PS5.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i could not get 25hrs of battery life on this thing at all. i used the app, turned of lighting but it only works for, at most, 2 full gaming sessions (11hrs total). with a similar price to razer's 40hr wireless headset, i'd say this headset offers no competitive value. audio is full, detailed enough with a standard mic quality. audio = 7/10 mic quality = 6.5/10 build quality = 8/10 battery life = 3/10 overall 4/10 bad battery was a dealbreaker

The headset should last for 16 hours with RGB turned on and for 24 hours with RGB turned off. This not being the case for your device indicates there may be something wrong. We generally recommend a full reset including a firmware recover of the headset within ROCCAT Swarm, however, if you are unsure how to perform these steps or if they don't solve the problem, we also have a dedicated support team that would be eager to provide the assistance you need. Sound is very crisp and clear. I can go in the basement and still have clear reception. If sitting I take the headset off to talk through the mic and turn up the volume. Ears get a little sweaty if used for long periods.

My fiance liked it more and snagged it for gaming instead. Amazing sound quality, no problem connecting and good range when walking away from computer. Also can be placed on desk and laid flat, and with the volume turned way up, works great as speakers

Sound is decent don't expect crazy good bass or anything. They need to improve the Doc at Neon software can't even turn off the RGB Lights if I wanted to yet. Keep in mind it's still in beta...

Mic is not the best quality and is a bit in the way. Good headset when on sale, but if you can’t find them on sale you may want to wait as I don’t think their MSRP is quite the right price point
