Comfortable enough, but the drop down mic was very loose and would only stay in one position. I personally found the mic to be very annoying so I returned for another headset.

Only taking one start off cause they ear ups are not the most comfortable as their are made from some scratchy sports like material but they don’t make your ears sweat, so that’s a plus

It started cutting out at about 2 feet from my desk. Additionally, the microphone wasn't working with Microsoft Teams, so I couldn't use it for calls. As a result, I could only use this as an audio headset.

It seemed to be a good headset for a starter group at first because the constant echo. Then I found the Dial. The first dial is for the Sound and the Second Dial.... Thats for the mic, you knos... So you can hear yourself. Other than that the system is solid.

Saw this on sale and said, “Sure, why not?”. The build is pretty sturdy, comfortable, and the colors on the earpieces are pretty cool. Only thing I have a problem with this headset is the range. The house I live in isn’t that big, and all of my previous headsets would allow me to go to the other end of the house and do laundry with no cutouts or disconnections. This headset does not. Other than that, it’s a great value. I bought one of their mice for CoD too and it works fantastic. Starting to become a Roccat fan.

Regarding the Syn Pro we are sorry if its range doesn't meet your needs, it has an officially confirmed range of at least 30 feet or 10 meters with no obstructions. If you feel the headset's range is far shorter than this, you may want to try a full reset of the device using Swarm.
