I use this surge protector for my home theater and feel very secure. The 12 outlet size accommodates a number of plugs, even oversized ones. I’ve purchased additional Rocketfish surge protectors for other rooms in my house.

this is fantastic! I had trouble with the internet and the cable guy said it was ok and he thought it might be electrical. I put in 6 new circuit breakers & it still went out...i bought this surge protector & have alot more outlets to plug my devices into.

I purchased this power strip for the simple purpose of replacing an older strip. I run a audio mixing service, BestMixingMastering com, and was able to actually monitor an improvement on my audio signal by introducing this power strip. It’s worth your while to protect expensive electronics and this does that. Will be buying more.

I had the 8-outlet Surge Protector from Rocketfish, but I needed more room for plugs once I added to my streaming setup. While bulky (though it’s expected), it fits all my plugs comfortably and I don’t have to compromise and unplug anything anymore. There’s also options to protect and connect coaxial cables and Ethernet if you need that. It could be a little sturdier in the feel of the build, but it’s still a great product.

I was looking for a surge protector with wide spaces between outlets. (You know how you want to plug 5 things into a 6 outlet surge protector, only to find you can only fit 3 because of the oversized plugs a lot of electronics have?) This solves it with 6 wide-spaced outlets and 6 regular spaced outlets. It also has USB ports and will let you run your coax cable through it, which can be handy, but the wide spaces between ports was my main draw. Definitely going to be a keeper for a long time.

This thing has saved my gaming setup on more than one occasion. I've had some power resets in my house when the local grid decides to mess around and this surge protector, which I plug EVERYTHING into, makes sure nothing gets fried by the weird resets.

This is my third purchase of the Rocketfish Protector Strips. I live in an older house with minimal outlets and these really help for all the devices. The outlets are spaced perfectly and the extra USB ports are great for streaming sticks.

I purchased this to replace two ancient surge protectors that failed at the same time on an apparent power surge and could not be resurrected. It appears to be of reasonable quality with outlet configurations sufficient to accommodate all of my plugs for computer, monitor, speakers, and one of my modems. So far, so good.

I needed a replacement for a similar but different product years ago. This one blows that one out of the water. There are plenty of outlets and the USB ports don’t make that annoying high pitch whine while charging devices. It does have some bright lights indicating everything is working, but they are easy to cover with electrical tape to block out any unwanted lights.

Bought due to need for more outputs on a single power strip. Works as expected. Would prefer a longer, narrow design vs three rows of outlets. Didn't run into any issues getting all the needed devices plugged in without blocking each other. The ethernet and cable ports should all be on one edge or be included as a removable slide on module. The mounting slots aren't the best but are probably considered normal. A little pricey and clunky sized, but not bad.

I did some research on this and it became evident that you do NOT need to buy the most expensive surge protector to protect your beloved electronic equipment. If you're looking into getting this product then look no further. Rocketfish is an extremely reputable company and stands behind their product just like the other companies do. As for the specs, there is plenty of space for your bulky plugs as well as the smaller ones. The USB ports charge my phones just as quick if I plugged them into the wall outlet. You can’t go wrong here.

Rocketfish 12 Outlet 2 USB Surge Protector is a must if you care about your electronics during volatile weather. We had a lightning strike near our home and it blew our PC that we custom built, which cost us over $3,000.00. We will never let that happen again!

Need to get some extra plugs in my sons room. With all electronics we have today. He was using some of the shelf no name brand power strip, that I was always worried if Lightning were to hit it would not be good. Living in Florida this is very possible. :-) The rocket fish definitely fits the bill. I wish it wasn’t made out of plastic and have more aluminum/metal parts. But the size that is a great power strip with protection.

This is a great Surge Protector for the price. It's got 12 outlets for regular plugs spaced far enough apart to allow for the bigger chargers, has usb ports, phone line, and coax ports as well. Perfect for an entertainment area or home office. Price is fantastic compared to similar units of other brands.

Rocketfish products are always a step above. I previously bought their top-end antenna and it works wonderfully. This surge protector has 12 outlets, noise filtering, 4680 joules of protection, 2 USB connections, and 2 sets of coaxial inputs and outputs. This device is a little more expensive than other products, but based on Rocketfishes reputation it should be worth it. As for the 4680 joules of protection I hope I don't have to find out how well it works.

Excellent quality. Read all the reviews and it was just as described. Needed something of good quality to protect my precious electronics, works like a charm, no issues, and this is a trusted brand. Definitely something that you won't have to worry about replacing for a while. It's worth it to pay more for a quality product, especially when its duty is to protect other quality, expensive products.

I've had this surge protector for over a year and it's held up in many different situations. We had a lightening strike, survived. A transformer blew, survived. Power outage with a power surge, survived. No item connected to this was fried. Seriously, go get this!

When the Geek Squad set up my television, they felt that my existing Monster multi-strip was blocking my heating register. They recommended this on which would lay flat and let the heat pass. So far, it is working well.

This is a great multi-plug Surge Protector. Its flat design allows it to slip easily under our TV stand and not be seen. We were able to plug in all of the gaming units as well as the Blue Ray Disc Player and Surround Sound System. I would definately recommend this if you have several systems to protect.

This surge protector is excellent for the normal remote worker or casual computer user. The amount of plugs are perfect to not overload the protector, and the extra USB chargers come in handy. Worth the pick up at a decent price.
