Compact design works great for a projector with a ceiling power outlet.

This review has nothing to do with the functionality of this surge protector. Instead this is about the design. The pictures show sockets being vertical with the single prong being downward. It's not like that in reality. The socket orientation is as such that the single prong side is facing outward towards you. This makes it difficult to use with heavy plugs/chargers. I still bought 3 for protection. Would want to know from Best buy if there is a way to change their orientation.

I like this rocketfish surge protector , because I have an power outlet behind a sofa and I can’t plug cords in it or it’ll rip it. I needed to plug a home theater subwoofer and a lamp. It’s still working flawlessly, sofa is away from wall a few inches not noticeable unless you look over behind the sofa .

This was part of our new TV theatre we bout. Very happy with product.

It’s small and compact which allows for it not to fit perfectly behind my mounted television. But better than that it protects my new investment for lighting damage.

I use this in the garage and the position of the sockets fits the orientation of my plugs perfectly. So far everything still works!

It works. I just wish it covered the whole outlet plate (for aesthetics). Otherwise, I plugged it in and saw a blue light = working {thumb up}!

Picture shows the socket on either side as vertical, which would have been great. This is not the case however. They are horizontal and can't be rotated. Could not plug in the stupid tv power cord, which was "upside down." see pictures

Product works as described and is very inexpensive. I purchased this for a new Sony Flat Screen; it gives basic protection and is a clean and simple design. I'm not sure if it makes the picture any better with the "noise filtering" but it sure does give me peace of mind.

Love that it's flat with the outlet on the side. Fits easily behind my wall mounted TV. Also love that it doesn't block the other plug on the outlet or the usb plugs that are also on my outlet. Great product for what I needed!

Really handy for wall mounted TVs with sound bars. Has two horizontally opposed plugs, to keep this low profile. Having a line conditioner on top of surge protector, is essential these days, due to amount of noise in today’s utilities. We paired this with our new TCL 85QM6K and Klipsch Core 210 sound bar.

I have a whole house surge protector on my service panel but wanted maximum protection for my new LG LED tv . I had very limited space behind the set and this surge protector fit and worked great in the wall outlet behind the new tv.

Great little surge protector! Purchased several for use on fridge, computer/printer, washer/dryer, TV/AV receiver. And 1500 joules is good protection for such a compact unit. Highly recommend!

Bought this as we just got a new tv which we decided to wall mount it above the fireplace. With the Sanus mount it has a gap where you can place your direct tv box , apple tv box and this surge protector is just the thing for this set up as it is small and not bulky like other surge protectors. If you are going to mount your tv on a wall, this item is perfect for the job.
