Maybe a faulty wire but I had to return it after a week of use due to very low power going to the sub. Worked well once I replaced ed these.

Too short to put the sub at a distance away from the tv. They didn't have longer ones either, returned them they're same day I got them.

Used to hook my Pioneer AV/Home Theatre receiver to my Klipsch subwoofer. I had to go underneath the crawl space to run this. Got it all hooked up and it didn't work. Tested the connection with another cable and it worked fine. Now I have to get back into that crawl space and run a new cable again...very disappointed.

I needed a long, shielded single channel M-M RCA jacked cable to connect a powered subwoofer to my receiver, and, amazingly,that's exactly what this is. (It's almost as if I had gone shopping with these criteria in mind!) Beyond the basics noted above, the cable seems to be well constructed. I haven't heard any hum, the jacks fit very snugly into the devices at each end, and it lays down along the floor nicely.

It does what we bought it for :) We needed a long cable for our older surround sound system so we could separate the woofer. This cable was the perfect length.

I have my subwoofer back!! Thought it was broken until using this wire as the previous wire wasn't working any longer.
