I really haven't had the one I recently purchased, but I've had a few of these made by Rocketfish over the past several years. They are high quality and very dependable. I think it is worth spending a few extra dollars for one.

Perfect for my needs. Picture quality is great. I don’t see any lost of quality in picture or sound quality. I am pleased with the purchase and recommend this cable.

Since we stream all of our content, it is important to get high quality cables/connectors that have negligible loss in order to get the absolute optimum audio and video. Originally purchased to be an extension off the Apple TV to HDMI male to male to the HD TV. While we still do I find it an excellent cable for running from my 4K Video Cam (HDMI C to regular HDMI) to 4K monitor for preview and editing. I find I have a noticeable better audio quality and colors/tones appear sharper than my other cable I used to use.

Rockfish products are quality products. I have used several of their products and have never been disappointed.

Great HDMI extension. Gave me the distance I needed to move my computer the couple feet that was needed to set up my new home office. Great quality.

I got this cable to extend my shorter rocketfish 4K. I notice a difference I picture quality and response time. It’s not monster but it’s a noticeable upgrade over regular hdmi cables with 4K capability.

High quality and durable. Thick shielding on this cable makes all the difference if you have it in an area that may require frequent movement/bending.

I need a few more feet of cable after buying a new entertainment center. Much cheaper solution than buying a longer cable when I just need 2 more feet. Picture quality was not effected by the extension canle.

Worked as expected. Need this for my new LG OLED tv and the HDMI I had was just a little too short. This extension did the trick and not image degrading either.

This works, and frees me up to control the big screen from my laptop. There's not much more I can say about a cord, but I really appreciate that it functions as promised.

Bought this for a TV we have at work that needed a longer cable to reach the HDMI port and Amazon Fire Stick. It works very well and the picture quality is great.

Purchased a new TV to mount on my wall, replacing a 14 year old TV. With theses extensions I was able to use the existing in wall HDMI cable and easily set up the new TV

My husband got directtv now. The roku device we received would not work unless we got a 4K hdmi. I bought this extender for an existing hdmi cord and it worked!
