We have a specific outlet that we need this type of surge protector so that we can hid the plugs and wires. This has worked out great to reduce clutter behind this furniture for items that we do not ever remove the items plugged in. In our situation easier than a strip with a flat plug.

Picked up two of these when part of the deal of the day and definitely plan on getting a few more. Have one in the living room and kitchen, so convenient when looking for additional plugs or when guests need to charge their phones. I'd recommend to anyone looking to maximize the outlet space in their home.

I bought this small surge protector and put it on the wall behind my TV. It provides enough outlets for the electrical devices connected to the TV. It also has two USB ports, which can be used for some device needing power from USB, like some Roku device.

The outlet is on a wall by the bed. every time we make the bed we need to pull the bed out away from the wall and the lamp cord would come out of the socket. This plugs in and is flat so the cords are to the side and not straight out where the mattress interferes with the cords. Perfect for a small space.

This wall tap worked perfectly for me since I had outlets that I needed surge protected and facing sideways due to being behind furniture. The USB ports helped as well since I was able to plug in my security cameras into them without needing adapters.

For the price, this is a great surge protector. Comes with 2 USB ports, so makes charging phone, tablet, etc. very easy. I wouldn't plug too many things into it, because the joules aren't as high as your more expensive surge protectors, but it will keep your TV safe through a thunderstorm.
