Improved hardware revision.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had 2 of the older revision, this one has the outlets rotated 90 degrees so now any bulky adapters won't block the outlet below it. I think this is a welcome change, but keep in mind that those larger adapters will now stick straight out from the wall, causing risk of damage to the point of connection of the cable to the block. That risk is only if you're putting furniture or something right up against the surge protector, which is probably not good practice anyway,

Safe from the storm

I feel certain this surge protector will do the job. It has enough outlets for all of my needs.

Great Product

The outlets are on the sides which makes it great for use behind an entertaining center, allowing you to move it back an inch or two more than a conventional outlet.

Works so far...

However, the side position of the plugs is nice as it's behind a chair and shoots the cables sideways to make it thinner profile for cord use. The USB works well for tablet charging (but it's not a fast charger).
