I purchased this as we had a lot of HDMI products that needed to be connected to a TV that had only 2 HDMI inputs. This product was easy to setup. The only 2 things I find a pain is that there is 1 HDMI input on the front so you'll have to position it a certain way so that all the cables don't bend the wrong way. Especially if you are the type that likes to keep all the products neatly seen. The other issue is that the remote is picky when pressing the buttons. I can press on the number I want active but it won't register with the switch at all times. Not a deal breaker for me. But you can press the buttons on the switch itself and it'll work just as good. This comes in handy if you lost the small remote. Overall, I'd buy this product again for one of our other TVs.

I’ll cut to the chase. I’m a game collector. I have like 10 different consoles I play regularly and stuff like the retron 3, Xbox 360 and wii to cut down on space. I needed something with 3 hdmi ports and one hopefully on the front to capture footage from and link to my pc. It’s perfect. Not only is it simple to setup but it will automatically switch inputs! No longer do I have to go through clunky menus to play my Xbox, I just turn it on. And when I’m done and want to play my PS4 I just play my PS4. Absolutely recommend it to anybody looking for something like this!

Use this on my entertainment system setup, the remote works well but not great, switching is smooth and quick, haven’t experienced any display issues with game systems routing through the box, kinda wish there wasn’t an input on the front of the box and instead on the side.

Works week does what it is supposed to do well. 5 stars if it only power on the input selected instead of all at once. Not a big deal except that all auto equipment that are connected turn on when the connected instead of only the highlight input. (Example: PS3,PS4, and PS5 all start when tv is switch to this input even if only PS5 is selected.)

with most TVs only having a couple of HDMI ports on them I needed to have a way to expand so that I can hook all of my devices up. The switch box allows me to do just that by turning 1 port into 4. The only thing I don't like about the newer models is that lack of port switching button that the older versions had, you have to use the remote that comes with it. Other than that its a must have for anyone that has multiple HDMI devices and a lack of ports on their TV

I bought a 4K TV about 2 years ago when I was looking for a new one because I wanted to futureproof my purchase. They were still relatively new at the time and I did a ton of research on them and talked to multiple tech savvy friends before settling on my Vizio. 2 years later I love it still, but now that I have 3 4k devices that run into it I've realized the one downfall is not having multiple 4k HDMI ports. This switch allows me to have all the devices run through the one 4k HDMI port giving me the 4k picture I desire. Super easy to use, but the one complaint I have is it will go black for a second here and there before reestablishing the picture. Really only an issue when gaming otherwise it's so quick that it's no biggy.

Well, it works. It's simple. You plug in your various HDMI cables into this box. At the tap of a number, you can easily switch inputs. My missing star is because the remote that comes with it.......I used it one day and got fed up with it. It wasn't working consistently enough so I just get up and touch the box. Yes, it's touch vs actual buttons. It does the job and, like I said, expands the amount of HDMI ports you have. So, that's all ya want and need.

This Switch Box is amazing I have it connected to multiple gaming consoles and it determines which one of the consoles is sending input and changes automatically. Haven't had any problems with it and it come with a controller as well.

Too many TV's lack enough ports for todays myriad of devices that perform better with hdmi access. This hdmi switchbox resolves that issue and provides a remote to make watching from different devices a simple push of a button. The remote is easy to use, yet it's small size also makes it hard to find in any cluttered environment like a coffee table, couch, or other location. The front facing hdmi port also makes it easy to attach portable devices like game consoles and laptops without needing to move everything around.

Okay, so I’ve been seriously struggling with limited HDMI ports – just one on my monitor! Switching between my PC and Xbox was a constant hassle. This Rocketfish HDMI switch box has been a game-changer. Now I can easily switch between my PC and my Xbox, and it’s great knowing I’m getting full 4K resolution and HDR support with both. The picture quality is fantastic. If you're dealing with limited HDMI ports and want to make sure you're getting the best possible picture quality, this is a must-have. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what you need it to.

Very helpful if you need more HDMI ports. The remote makes it easy to change from one port to another. However, I felt this was overpriced.

This works great. Picture is always there no issues. The touch screen buttonnis nice. A little over priced and not sure why there is a HDMI hook up in front. Remote works well, not great. It says auto switch, but it doesnt seem to switch on its own. I bought a cheaper one before this and it was horrible, cut out,no pic, no audio. Nothing like that with this one.

We bad bought another HDMI switch from another retailer that didn't work at all for our purposes. This one is great! We are able to use it with two next-gen consoles and one older one. The remote works well. It would be nice if it also had a button to select the input on the device itself because the remote is difficult to keep track of.

This solved the problem of leaving several game consoles hooked up without changing cables all the time. Front HDMI very useful to hook up laptop or other hdmi device. Xbox one s sends 4k through with no issues I can see, The only reason it lost a star is the remote does not always work on first push of button. That was not enough for me to return it but it does need to be noted. Overall a good unit in style, function and design,

The device works great it's compatible with my Vizio electronics in terms of being able to use the controls for one device both on it and the TV, the only downside is that I have to get rather close to use the remote for the switcher properly

This has saved us so much time when we want to use different HDMI devices. The remote struggles to work from distances, and it sometimes takes a few tries to get it to switch which port we want active, but it's still much better than having to turn the TV, unplug a device, and plug in another one. All systems plugged into this device have functioned exactly as they should.

First time using an HDMI switch box and can say this was reasonable to set up. Instructions were very good. On first look box looks well made. My setup does not allow me to rate the 4k compatibility. The little remote is small. The only problem I have is the remote. It is black and my new desk is very dark. Sometimes I can't find it.

Small and sleek design. The remote is simple and the plugs are easy to use. I can now go from DVD to CABLE to Security cameras, to laptop and only use ONE of the inputs on my TV. The remote is light and simple. It was a little pricey, but I am glad I bought it.
