I have other Rocketfish surge protectors and all are working and protecting my equipment and appliances. This unit is great because it has two indicator lights: one indicating electrical grounding and the other indicating that the unit is still protecting from surges. The swivel outlet design makes it easier to fit various sized plugs.

I especially like the fact that it don't have a long cord attached to it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer and the light were competing with the iPad, iPhone, another iPad, and oh, don't forget the hand vacuum cleaner, and the occasional digital camera battery, with no surrounding space and too many cords. Clearly, more sockets were needed. This plugged right into the wall, and each side's set of three sockets swivelled to meet the cords. Handy! My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the side sockets had a "spring back" motion instead of staying in place, making it slightly awkward to keep all cords in place while adding new ones.
