I purchased this to protect the laptop and some other electronics I like the feature of the Master Control - I can plug certain electronics in the spaces that need to be on all of the time vs the items that only need to be on at certain times I truly like it Just wish there was a way to mount it on the wall to get it off of the desk

Good for your desktop computer setup. No problems. Haven't had a surge yet, but feel safe with this device. The power saving feature is a nice touch for saving some power when your system goes into standby it turns all the accessory power off, including any parasite power drain

Its saving me money from the wasted energy on standby modes. When my computer is off, my monitor, printer and light stand aren't pulling any energy, so thats cool.

i haven't had an electrical issue yet to know for sure that it works. my cable TV tech told me I needed to upgrade the surge protector I had because it was holding electricity and affecting my new TV. so far haven't had any problems

The plastic is cheaper but I feel like the product is about the same as most.

Well I've only been using it for about a month, no problems yet. I live in the lighting capital of the world and summers has not come yet. When my new Mac mini survives the summer I'll be able to give a better review.

Very appropiate for our needs ! We use it in a busy area of our Church, including Laptops, Chargers, PA systems, and Misc. apparatus, and we find it to be just what we need.

This is a great product. This product will not break the bank and will conserve power when you are not using it. If you want all products to have power constantly then this product might not be for you. I say this because the novice user might not understand that all outlets do not get power if the Primary device is not on. But if conserving energy is what you want, and you understand the "Master" component function this product is great.
