||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the surge protector provides great connectivity it lacks in one major area, Ethernet pass-through. I've done over 10 speed tests through the surge protector and directly to the router from the modem. I've tried multiple Ethernet cables. All tests done through Ethernet, not WiFi. Every time i connect to the surge protector it limits my bandwidth to 1/10 of what I should be getting. There is a short burst around 120 Mbps in the beginning then it tapers off to 30 Mbps shortly after. Directly from the modem to the router I get 400 Mbps steady from the beginning. I'll try replacing this with another one but so far not happy with purchase.
