Several sockets are very close, and the most basic plugs can't all be plugged into the adjacent two, chicken rib products.

So far so good. No problems installing or using. Great!

I love this multiple outlet !!!!! I use it to hook up my tablets, my two cell phones, etc. I would buy more if needed.

Currently using it to protect my PS5, so far I’ve had no problems.

Great Surge protector. Use it to protect my PC here in Florida. Plenty of sockets provided by strip in a room that I have limited sockets. Happy with it so far.

I've been buying these Rocketfish surge protector strips for years. I believe I own 10 of them now. As a surge protector they work great. In 4 years, I've never lost a piece of equipment that was plugged into one of these. As a power strip, it has everything you need. I especially like the outlet placement that accommodates AC/DC adapter blocks very well. We use the USB charging ports all the time. The only negative I could say is that the RJ-45 protection circuitry kills the speed of my router. I've tried several of the strips between my cable modem output and my router input and they all do the same to my router speed. So I have my router plugged into an AC outlet of one of these for power and surge protection, but I do not run the Ethernet lines through it.

Works well. Outlets are well separated and at different orienations, so several plugin transformers fit at one time. The main power switch is oddly clicky and feels cheap, but except for turning it on/off a couple of times when I set it up, I just leave it on. I don't think the switch itself would stand up to regular use. Standard holes for wall mounting as well. I did not use the coax or network connections.

Purchased this to protect some electronics where the wall outlet access is difficult to reach. This surge protector has 8 outlets, which allows us to plug in all our devices and have two empty outlets for quick use. Plus it keeps my mom from moving large and bulky furniture to get the wall outlet. It also allows her to control the devices using the off/on switch on the protector. The 6' cord and mounting design has allowed me to pull the protector away from the bulky furniture and mount it for easy access, Added bonus, it was also on sale at Best Buy so I got a great deal on it. It checked all the boxes for our needs and the amount of protection it offers couldn't be beat for the price. I'll be purchasing a couple for my home in the near future.

These things are the best! I know they have a pretty decent price tag, but they do go on sale on rare occasions. Even full price, these things are life savors (and most definitely screen savers!!) We had a lightning strike take out quite a few electronics in our house, and the surge protectors saved a lot of major electronics. Unfortunately, my Wi-Fi router wasn't one of them, but ever since then I've made sure I keep that plugged in to one of these surge protectors. I stocked up when I saw them go on sale for the current Black Friday sales.

This kind of product is inexpensive insurance to help protect your gear. Rocketfish has been around long enough to establish a reputation for building quality products. In most home circumstances this surge protector will safeguard your valuable electronics. If you have very expensive gear - think $5000 Marantz amplifiers - or are protecting important business machines holding lots of data then you'll want to upgrade to a higher end Rocketfish (or maybe Monster) surge protector. For most applications though this one should do the trick in all but the most unfortunate circumstances.

This surge protector/power strip was a great addition to my home theater setup. I had a surge protected power strip before but after a lightning strike ruined a few cables and one input on my TV I decided to upgrade to something with surge protection for all connections. Among the many things I love about this product is the ability to mount (hanging mount) it using screws. The previous strip I had before didn’t have this option so it sat on the floor and made cable management a nightmare. The LED lights that indicate that it’s grounded and protected aren’t too bright so they don’t light up the wall behind my TV. At this price, I think this is strip offers some good value for what it does. The upgrade to the 12 outlet version might be necessary for some but for me, I’ve got 2 plugs left over for future components. In short, it’s a great product at a good price and I certainly am glad I have protection for ALL of my connections that are coming from the wall.

So... for some reason, our last surge protector melted... (different brand/model & 2 years old) Well, at least we now know what that smell was! This one worked so well for us with the available outlets (USB/Power/Coax), that we bought a 2nd for our computer room. The electrical outlet configuration was useful for the brick/larger plugs or the plugs that the cord goes out the side. Because of this, we were able to connect a lot more devices with no wasted outlets. I know that one person indicated that his connection speed for the network jack dropped to 100Mbps (from 1Gbps) when using it. I am not personally using the network outlet because, as a network engineer, I would expect that to happen. It is just a fact of the technology involved.
