He arrived there, plugged it into his converter, it didnt work. Tried it in a few other converters and it didnt work. He arrived back home past the return date, ofcourse, and we tried it at home, it just doesnt work. Really disappointing product and aaste of money.

I tracked the source and it was this surge protector. No surges to my house while using this item. This item simply quit working. Spend the money and purchase a better surge protector. Not the first issue with the rocket fish brand
