At first it was like you could not get anything plugged in as it was very hard. Have never had a surge protector do this. Do not know if it was just a problem with it being new or what.

I cannot use all the plug outlets as some are too close together. I find this frustrating as I needed to use nearly all of the outlets and I was not able to.

OnTrac shipping is horrible.

After 2 days of use and unbearably slow speeds of internet (I work from home), I took it out to find it was what had been slowing me down. Good idea, but needs to not slow the speed if bestbuy salesguy says it won't. Next time I research vs take the sales guys word!
