Not easy to use, did not understand all outlets, returned

Some of the plugs won't let me plug anything to it

I overpaid for this surgery protector and am not impressed with its performance. It also has a few quirks that are annoying.

I returned it because it was too short and bulky. Plastic cap for the plug was hard to take out.

I purchased this 8 plug 2 usb Rocketfish Surge Protector a year ago when I got my new Sony Bravia 4k tv. I knew I would have many expensive electronica to hook up so I wanted to make sure I was getting a quality made protector that had a high joule rating but also looked good and that's when I found this protector. Rocketfish has always been quality products in my experience with them and this protector is no exception. I have a 4k Sony, Xbox One X, Chromecast Ultra, Turtle Beach XP400s, Sony Sound Bar & Sub and a Yamaha Aventage 7.1ch A/V Receiver all hooked up to this surge protector and so far to date no issues or complaints. Actually I was thinking about picking another one of these up but I saw they have a 7 outlet with 4' 4k HDMI included for $24 so I think that's the route I'll go. Highly recommended surge protector and this is also what I got my mom for her 4k LG tv.

Does its job. It is a surge protector. Why the 50 character requirement.

I have several of these and purchased them as a "Deal of the Day". Only rub are the four plugs located close together near the power switch. It would be nice if these were spaced out like the other four plugs. Most plugs have different shapes and sizes now-a-days, so the spacing becomes an issue in some scenarios. Other then that, I really like these surge protector strips.

We had a major power surge when two lightning bolts struck our property. It took out our TV and refrigerator. After replacement, we plugged the new TV and everything that goes with it to this surge protector. It doesn't guarantee 100% protection, but lessens the probability of another power surge damaging our appliances again. By diverting excess electricity to the outlets grounding wire.

I just got this so this review is not about longevity (yet) - will update when I've had it a while. I've been searching for a powerful surge protector with one essential feature and THIS has it....An ANGLED plug so you can use both outlets. Thats one of my pet peeves with these in general...most of them DO NOT come with an angled plug, so you completely lose access to 1 outlet. I'm soooo happy! Hopefully it will be the solid workhorse described in previous reviews! :)

I love my new power strip! It's deep black and looks very classy. It's totally reliable and exactly what I needed when I had to update my old one. It looks like the kind of power strip that Secret Agent James Bond would use . . . .

Great at protecting your gaming consoles, tv, and computer as well as the added convenience of charging usb devices. Having owned this product for three years now, I’m still impressed by its quality.

The Surge Protector Strip does exactly what I needed. I'm happy that he pointed out my old strip was badly outdated and undependable.

I have had this for over 2 years now and I must say this has been my go to surge protector. I have 2 so far for my tv's and think I'll purchase another. you will like this.

I like this because it is not a thick clunky power surge protector. we have ours behind our tv with all related tv devices plugged into it, so we don't get to use the USB ports but great that it has a phone plug.

Great Outlet Surge Protector Strip. So nice bought a 2nd one within a month.
