Good build and sound quality with a perfect snug fit into the posts. Only downside is that attaching the speaker wire to the plug is a bit difficult. It will take a couple of practice tries to get it to attatch properly.

These plugs are so easy to use and the work very good

I picked these up for easy swap out for the receiver and these were awesome. Planning on picking up a couple sets for at home. You cut the end of the cable, and there is a spear tip on one end that drives down into the wire from the cut end, and then it just screws tight.

The quality of these banana plugs is pretty nice. Installation isn't very hard, though I did have wires slip out of the plug, and had to start over again. Definitely like how much nicer these make hooking up speakers.

Easy to install better sound connection to my speakers

Better than just using raw cable ends. Doesn’t handle really beefy wires and insulation well but when treated gently, very convenient. Not great for 12 gauge wire as it is hard to grip correctly.

These banana plugs are a great way to have clean definite connections to speakers and a av receiver. They eliminate the possibility of a bare wire grounding to the chassis of your receiver. They look cool and are clearly color coded. A nice finishing touch to any stereo install.

I used these plugs to connect the speakers on my surround-sound system, and the fact that they eliminated dealing with all those thin wires into the back of the AV receiver, made all the difference.

I was looking for a better sound and I’m glad my dedication and expectations were exactly found in this product...make my monthly cleaning so easy...save time doing the regular checkups

If you can afford the audioquest one's then do it.These one's are a little tricky and the instructions are vague,I would recommend that your stripped bare wire be about 3/4" in length for positive contact.

Went to Best Buy to discuss how to add additional speakers to a 10 year old AM/FM receiver. The store employee discussed the use of Rocketfish Banana Plugs and said they would fit my older receiver. I had no problem attaching the plugs to new speaker wire but was unable to use the plugs as the back of my receiver was incompatible with them, i.e., my older receiver accepted only bare speaker wire. I bought a new receiver shortly thereafter which also did not accept the plugs. I'm sure the plugs work, but they weren't necessary in my case.

These were good but there are better quality ones that have more room for connecting. If you move cable's twice a year get this it will save u the hassle of having to check wires don't touch each other.

These banana pugs from Rocketfish are simple to install and make connections from receiver to speakers clean looking and make identification of positive and negative wires quick and easy.

These are very easy to install and work well, but the pack quantity of 10 leaves me puzzled. As the typical speaker wire needs 4 plugs (2 red & 2 black), then why not a multiple of 4 in the pack???

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about when they say the plugs just pull of the end. I wired my whole place with these plugs, and haven't had any problems. I've tried pulling the off the ends of the wire, but they are solid and didn't budge. Just follow the instructions, and you should be fine.

These are nicely made but installing them will wear out your fingers. I had to do about 20 of these and you have to push the wire into the plugs. However, they are nicely built and would suggest these.

What a wonderful invention these are!!! It makes it MUCH easier to thread your stereo wire thru these and then simply plug them in the back of your receiver unit. If you ever have to change out your receiver, it makes it sooo much easier to plug them into the new unit.

I like the way these plugs work as once they are properly attached to the wiring to your speaker they are very easy to plug in and out. I do wish that the instructions were a bit clearer as to how to actually assemble the wire into the plug so that it makes a good connection.

Very impressive product. They way the plug is mated to the wire is pure genius. Tested resistance and it's super low. These are much more impressive than the over-priced Audio Quest plugs I had purchased previously. Outstanding value for the buck. Don't waste your money on over priced plugs.
