Did not accept the heavy gage wire that I use on my audiophile system.

I did not know these were pin into unstripped speaker wire. Made 12 hoses, 2 needed to be re-made. Can’t trust the contact, bought much less expensive versions with positive screw connections on stripped wires. Would have returned them but destroyed boxes. Out $70, oh well!

Remote control lettering very difficult to read. Would have been nice if product had Hdd capability to record to.

New to these- could not get them to stay attatched to the wire- should return if not too late- trying to make a solid connection with no luck at all-called for help even the rep on the phone told me wrong info- lead me further into frustration.had to go to YouTube for real guidance still no luck

Don't hassle with wrapping wires around connections on your receiver. Get banana plugs and do it like a professional. These work great at a price that doesn't break the bank.

These plugs are a pain to use. I don’t recommend making the purchase.

Good idea to have these but unfortunately did not work out for my own wiring so I had to return this item

They got me through in a pinch but I had to "engineer" a solution to make the work.

These are good quality plugs but quite pricey . Buy them online .

They were easy to install and use with the system. Direction were not that helpful, but figured it out.

One doesn't exactly buy 5 different brands of plugs every week to compare them. My thought was they could be easier to 'thread' on their needle. I also know they were overpriced vs. similar items online, but I was in a hurry to get my new toys working, so paid the Best Buy price.

The instructions were not nearly detailed or clear enough for a novice like myself to easily slap these on.

Purchased these because I couldn't wait for two-day Amazon Prime shipment... Should have known better... Only way to mess up banana plugs is to have parts missing... Unopened package but I came out short one compression ring. Wasn't worth the hassle of returning them since I needed them quickly. Ended up using some electrical tape in place of missing ring

They were hust what i was was looking fir also the price was right and the help was very very good

Don't ever by an open box item from Best Buy, 50% of the time it's missing parts. Try to return it somewhere around the time and the manager gives you a hard time. Your return policy for items is the worst in RETAIL. Period. After this horrible experience I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN. And I'm telling my friends and the entire Facebook and Twitter universe.

I'm not experienced with speaker wires. I returned this item because I found it hard to use.

Clever design but not reliable in terms of connection. Best result would require small gage (large wire) in order to establish and maintain a reliable connection from wire to plug. Many other much more reliable products available so I would recommend other option over this one and be very reluctant to recommend this product at all.

I bought these banana plugs to be able to easily attach to my wall plate from my receiver. Not sure if my wall plate is to blame, but the plugs did not fit properly. They were very loose, they were not "snug" in the holes. I ended up with going another brand, and they fit perfectly. My experience maybe unique so I will still give it a 3.

I got these clips in order to make setting up my home theater system easier. These clips actually made it harder and I ended up not even using them. The way they connect to the wire is unstable and the wire can easily pull out of the clip with minimal force. These are a straight fail by rocketfish.
