Cheap, effective and no signal loss.

It's just simply a "2 pack coaxial coupler" to connect 2 cables together to extend the length. They screw on with no issue. They look nice and feel no different to any other coax coupler. Packaging could be smaller. Lots of waste produced when opening up such a small item. Most people will probably just end up using 1...like me. Maybe a dual pack like this might be useful to others.
