We needed something we could place close to a corner and would tilt down to watch laying down if wanted. My husband didn't have any problems installing of course help putting the tv on made that part easier. It does come with a template for placement.

Great for all around viewing!!

The TV can be tilted, and turned side to side after being pulled out away from the wall. This allows ultimate viewing capabilities anywhere in the room.
