    This is a good TV Mount, it’s just too bad the last thing you do, tighten a tiny screw that ensured the tv is secure and level is ruined by the quality and gauge of the screw. The screw is literally the smallest involved for my tv install. It needs to be at least a step or two larger to handle the torque necessary to tighten it. Otherwise, this would have been a seamless install. Instead, I was stuck getting another machine screw because this couldn’t be tightened enough without stripping it out.

    The box was taped shut. The rep that checked me out at register said all parts r there but.NO !!!!!!! Missing 5 important small screws!!!!!!!!! I now have to go to Home Depot to find them
