I have a 48inch that’s 25lbs. When It’s flat on wall it’s level. When extended out the tv looks crooked dipping down in one side. Does not have a level Option like the next modle up.

I called rockfish for help and they gave me a phone# to another company. They were upset that called saying “that darn company keeps doing this to us even though I we haven’t worked with rocket fish for sometime. The system just needs a set screw to fix. Maybe they in their generation will have one. So it’s not worth the money I spent. But with a small amount of Velcro it works fine

Waste of time and money
